Wordless

Words are limited, and oh, so limiting.  You know in your heart what is true.  Emotions speak to the heart, not the brain.  You are loved.  Why does the brain try to tell you otherwise?  Someone once put into words or thoughts less than this, and you believed them.  Damage resulted.

Tune in to your heart, where no words are necessary.  If the heart is damaged, words have done so, even if those words came in the form of your own thoughts, which are nothing less than, yes, words.

Look into the eyes of a baby or one you trust fully, and no words are necessary, are they?  Slip deep into those eyes and follow that path ever deeper to truth.  You are loved, and that is all that matters.

Magnificent You

Magnificence.  That is what you are.  Do you not yet realize this?  Why are you drawn to a magnificent view, a magnificent mountain … magnificence of any kind?  It is because like attracts like.  You came from Magnificence.  Magnificence is all there is, trying so very hard to express itself.  Anything that you observe or experience that is less than the full expression of Magnificence is illusion.  That is why so many enlightened ones speak of the human experience as illusion.  So many walk about deluded, thinking they are less than Magnificence, and that becomes their reality.

Rise up, above the illusion and false perceptions.  Find and see the Magnificence all around you, then act in accordance with your true nature, and you will be bringing reality to illusion.  Now, substitute the word “God” for Magnificence and bring a bit more understanding to your concept of God.  You are Magnificence expressing itself, nothing less, but oh, so much more than you imagined.

Bending

Stand your ground if you will, but which is more likely to survive the storm:  the tree which bends or the one that is rigid?  Growth entails stretching and bending.  You do not become a tall, wise tree without bending quite a bit along the way.  There is only one view when you remain rigid.  When you bend you see many sights on the way down and back up.  Now you are free to choose, having gained a bit of insight along the way.  With insight comes wisdom.  Why do you think they call it a “wise” old tree?  It has done quite a bit of bending along the way. 

Stand your ground if you will, but be willing to bend.  There is no dishonor in this.  There is no shame.  The one who bends learns far more, is more open, and receives the greatest gifts.

Standing Out

What does it matter what others think?  They are here to learn to think for themselves, as are you.  Why?  Because in thinking independently, you create wholly new vibrations.  In thinking  as the masses do, you continue established patterns.  Individuality is not so bad, as long as you do not lose sight of the fact that there is only One Mind experiencing many facets of the Self.

You are given a mind with consciousness in order to create new vibrations.  Picture a piano with an endless keyboard.  Each key produces a tone of a different vibration, but all belong to the same Instrument.  If all played the same note, where would be the enjoyment and the creativity? 

Stand out, or play softly while the rest bang away on their keys.  In any case, it is in the diversity of thought that new patterns emerge, and from these there is the growth of the Whole.  Strike a new chord, even though others may clamor.  Play fortissimo as long as you are comfortable, then retreat a while if you will, but always, always enjoy the music.

High or Low?

When challenges come, do not some face them with a smile and others a frown?  Is either right or wrong?  Of course not, but the one with a smile will meet with an easier time, for they are bringing unto themselves higher vibrations, allowing the Life Force to flow more freely.  With this comes a feeling of greater vitality and a sense of connectedness. 

You are always connected to the Source, and your angels are always at your side, but when you surround yourself with thoughts of a higher vibration, it is far easier to sense your guides and helpers.  No path is right or wrong.  We are at your side through thick and thin, no matter what.  It is you who creates the high or low vibrations in your field, however.  What will you create today?

New Lenses

Beware of judgment.  It causes you to put labels and restrictions upon others.  Once you have made a judgment, you have stifled possibilities.  Not all is as it seems on the outside.  By judging only the outside, you remove the potential for magic. 

See the world with new glasses.  Remove your old lenses, which you have worn for years.  Your vision has changed, but your eyeglass prescription has not caught up with the new you who now sees with the heart.

Put on your new glasses today.  They will show you infinite possibilities and reveal a far more complex and interesting world than lies on the surface.

The Only Thing That Matters

You have all now that you will ever need.  We are speaking in terms of the non-physical, for in the physical world you look about you and see things.  How many things do you need?  Is that truly what you need?  What do they bring you?  Satisfaction?  Joy?  Happiness?  In some cases, yes, but where does it end, this desire for things?

Enjoy your things.  Acquire without guilt, but never forget that it is not the thing itself which brings you joy, but your perception of its value to you.  With this perception comes emotion.  That is the thing you desire—not the thing itself, but how the thing makes you feel.  Beware of this, for nothing but your own thoughts about a thing make you feel anything at all. 

You are more than your thoughts and emotions.  You are far more than any thing.  You are Life itself …spirit without form.  As spirit you need no thing.  Love is not a thing.  It does not come in a bottle or a bauble.  It is already inside you, bottled up until you release it.  You have all that you need at this very moment, and every moment that is, for Love IS. 

Love is, and you are that.  Let no thing come between you and your realization of that.

With Peace in Your Heart

You pass a beggar on the street.  He holds out a hand and you cringe.  What goes through your head?  Is it contempt or is it compassion?  He is learning lessons, and so are you.  If you give him money, do you help or hinder him?  If you withhold your coins, do you help or hinder yourself?  The difference is not in the coins you give, but in what is in your heart. 

The beggar will learn lessons whether you give money or not.  He will appreciate you or not.  You perhaps may not be able to give coins to every beggar, but there is one gift you can give:  a prayer filled with love and thanks that all will grow whilst here … that all may see the perfection in each being’s present circumstances as a path toward that growth …that all will see a brighter light and move inexorably toward it … that all will know how very much they are loved … that all—including you—will find peace in your heart.  Without peace, all are beggars.

 

Note from Suzanne:  A woman who attended my S.O.A.R. workshop told me afterwards that she was going to sit in a mall and watch people walk by until she could do so without judging everyone at first sight.  She thought she would be there for five minutes.  She sat there for an hour …

I wanted an image to use with today’s message from Sanaya.  I went to Google just now, clicked “images” in the upper left corner, then entered “panhandler” in the search box.  Wow.  What an eye-opener as far as evoking emotions.  I invite you to do the same, then re-read Sanaya’s message until you can look at those images with peace in your heart.

Your Whiskers

Whiskers on a kitten serve a good purpose.  Like antennae they help the cat to feel what is around it.  Perfect receptors ... a brush against the whisker and the cat goes on alert. 

You have “whiskers” all around you; you simply do not feel or see them.  These strands of energy go out in all directions into your energetic field, creating an array of sorts.  These lines of communication feed you information of a non-physical sort—wholly intuitive.  They feed not into the brain—that most logical of computers—but into the heart—that most delicate sensor.

Each chakra has its tendrils, its “whiskers,” and your entire energy body does as well.  Tune into your whiskers.  They sense danger and pleasure and all else before the brain. 

 

You wish to become more intuitive?  Walk softly like a cat, tune into your whiskers, and soon you will learn to purr.

Without Fear

It is your fears which hold you back.  Do you realize how often your fears are based upon misperceptions and false beliefs?  From whence come these misperceptions?  From others’ fears which you have adopted.

Tune into your heart and not your head.  How does it feel within?  There in the silence, where all is still, have a look around from a point of neutrality.  Beware of slipping back to reason.  That is the mind stepping in yet again.  There, when focused on the heart, we can communicate with you.  Listen to us there.  Spirit does not always speak in words.

Fear not.  You are never alone.  You are always loved, and yes, that is enough.

Higher Vibrations

You crave sweets, those delectable goodies that melt in your mouth.  You long for laughter, those belly laughs that leave you with tears running down the face.  You stop in your tracks when you see a beautiful sight or hear a perfect tune.  You send an email with a touching message or moving picture to all of your friends.  Why do you do these things?  It is because all of these carry a high vibration.  If you understood the energetic nature of the Universe, you would understand why anything less than love and beauty pushes you upward with its lower vibrations toward those that make your heart sing. 

The Creator has created for you that most perfect of instruments that resonates in perfect harmony with the higher vibrations and repels the lower so that you know and feel the difference.  Be aware of energy.  Seek out the higher tones in this song of life, then sing with all your heart using all of your senses in this song that never ends.

Clashing

Peace will come when you surrender.  You see your headlines and watch your movies with their violent clashes.  “When will it end?” you wonder.  When you pass from the body, for the body is an instrument made to experience duality.   If you knew only love, you would not know the depths and full dimensions of love.

An animal eats another animal for it needs the fuel for the physical body.  You see this as cruelty.  We see this as natural order in the physical world—not violence, but a necessity of survival.  Not cruel, for the animal soul survives.  The killing of one human by another is not natural, but it most certainly leads to the experience of great polarity.  It most certainly leads many to crave greater experiences of love.  If this urge did not exist, killing and violence would take place on a much greater scale and pure chaos would be the norm. 

Do not cease loving.  Do not cease sending forth the intention to bring more love into the world.  However, surrender the angst that accompanies the desire for instant and total peace in the physical realm, for this you will not see until you leave the physical realm behind.  It is the nature of the physical realm of duality to clash.  This is not your true nature.  Express your true nature, observing the clashes with love and compassion, and there you will find the peace.

Always in Your Heart

A mother loses a child and thinks it is the end of the world.  But what good comes of it?  First, always remember that the child is not truly lost.  They are more with you than ever.  They are safer than ever.  Does not the strong bond you have teach you how to love more?  Does not the grief you felt teach you compassion?  What are you doing with that increased love and compassion?  Is it bottled up, or are you pouring it outward, sending it on its way to touch and help others?  In such a way do you not become the answer to prayers just as others helped you when you prayed for strength?

We are sorry for your loss, but only because for a while you live in ignorance of the reality of a far greater world and a far greater purpose in what you would know as life and death.  All souls are safe and loved  at all times.  The physical presence is important to you now, and of course you grieve this, but your child is safe in our arms, just as are you. 

May goodness prevail and may love spread as a result of one more soul who has traveled home after a brief sojourn in your world.

Expectations

Expectations can lead to disappointment.  They create fixed ideas.  It is one thing to create from an infinite sea of possibility … note that word “possibility.”  It is another to have the surety of mind of one particular outcome.  This is expectation.  Then, when the outcome differs—for an alternate possibility occurred—there is the possibility of disappointment.  Have the expectation that anything can occur and you are allowing greater, unlimited possibility into your experience. 

You are always being helped.  We always want the greatest good for you.  Do not limit your future by choosing only one outcome, which from the limited human viewpoint you view as the only desirable outcome.  Have only the expectation that the greatest good be served, and the entire sea parts for you.

Abundance

Abundance comes in many forms.  The greatest of these is love.  There is nothing wrong with material things, but be cautioned against having them take the place of human interaction.  Do not allow material things to create a sense of superiority.  If they allow you to appreciate the endless bounty and beauty of Life, then bring on the abundance!  Share the abundance.  Be abundantly loving whilst enjoying the abundance which surrounds you, and love and abundance will continue to flow.

It is the essence of your Creator to be abundant, for your Creator is unlimited in Its potential, unlimited in possibilities, and most certainly unlimited in Its outpouring of love.  Be as the Creator and enjoy fully all of Its creations.

Grace

Note from Suzanne:  This message from Sanaya reminds me of something I have not thought about in a long time.  The day of my step-daughter Susan's funeral, three blossoms appeared on the passion flower planted by her front door.  It was her favorite flower, and it had not bloomed until that day.  We all felt those three blossoms represented Susan, her unborn son, Liam, and her husband.  The blossoms lasted the full day, then were gone the next, but we know now that our loved ones are never truly gone.  Sanaya says ...

The flower blooms at just the right rate.  Give it more sunlight and it will flourish, but the time at which it blossoms is not up to you.  Only the One who made the flower can change the moment at which the bloom appears, at times using these as signs from those on the other side to let you know they are fine and they are with you.  This is grace.

You blossom at just the right time.  You can study spiritual literature.  You can pray and sit in the silence for days on end.  Enlightenment comes, like the blossom, as a gift from God.  It is grace that descends upon you.  Why is it given to some and not all?  All gifts are always for the greater good.

Love fully, for no other reason than because that is who you are and why you exist.  You blossom in your own way at just the right rate.

I verses i

You speak of an all-seeing “eye,” but in seeing it this way, you miss the point a bit.  Change your choice of letters and the lesson changes.  Speak now of the all-seeing “I.”  This “I” is not of the individual, but of the All That Is.  You and all that exists are integral parts of this “I.”  This is why the “i” that is the entirety of you feels so very important. 

You know that you are creative, loving, and essential to the Whole, but you are not all of the Whole.  As an integral part of the Whole, what you do and think and say truly matters.  Each action, thought, and word adds to the Whole—to the all-seing, all-knowing, ever-present, ever-loving I AM.  Yes, you ARE.  You are THAT. 

Do you understand how vital you AND your neighbor are?  There is no distinction.  When the “i” becomes all-important, take a look around you at all of the other “i’s” and know that together all make up the all-seeing “I,” with no “i” –whether rags or riches, great or small—more or less vital than another.

Going Home

Do not fear death.  It comes to all.  You merely fear the unknown and the perceived pain of those you will leave behind.  All of life in physical form is a preparation for the next step.  Death is merely taking that step back to the realm of love from which you came … your true home.  You cling to this one for it is all you currently know with your focus so firmly rooted here.

Think of life before having children.  You think there can be no greater love than that which you know, until along comes a child, and then you know unconditional love.  You are as the childless one now.  Death re-introduces you to a far greater form of unconditional love than you can presently imagine. 

Have no fear.  The grieving process is one all must face.  Suffer not in fear.  Live fully now and simply allow life to flow.  Rest in peace here and now, my child, for death is merely a transition home.  Life continues eternally.  Find the peace in knowing this and bring the love to this experience now.

Pumping

Fill your heart to bursting with the energy of love.  It will not burst, merely overflow.  And then where will it go? 

The heart is a pump, analogous with its function of continuously pumping not just blood, but the lifeblood of existence—that finest of vibrations—to you and those around you.  Fueled by the breath, it goes on and on, allowing you to experience Life.  Hear us well:  when the physical heart ceases to beat, the heart of spirit beats on, pulsating with love … pumping, pumping, pumping it out in waves.  Ego may try to block it, but it is there always, fueled from above, but coming from within.

Look not outside yourself for love.  The Source is ever-present.  Allow it to flow and then to overflow.  May your cup runneth over this day and spill upon all you meet.

With All of Your Senses

No words are necessary to express Love.  It is a vibration that can be seen in the eyes of another or smelled in the sweet fragrance of a flower.  It is a vibration that can be felt in the perfect pitch of a high note or the booming bass of a low one.  It is a vibration that can be tasted in the perfect blending of flavors that produce ecstasy on the tongue.  It is a vibration that can be felt in the chest as a burst of adrenaline that brings tears to the eyes. 

All is vibrational energy, and what is this most subtle yet most powerful of energies?  It is the most powerful Force in the world … a Force so powerful it will part oceans, move mountains, and bring men to their knees.  Is is Love, and you are That.

You wish to know yourself as That?  Experience it in all its many forms, and then express it.  Savor it, then spew it forth like a fountain from your heart.  Vibrate with it to such a degree that you cause a veritable earthquake of vibration in your world.  That is why you are here.
