Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. This Proving Ground
Do you know that you come here for a reason? This is a proving ground—a realm in which you arrive knowing that you are spirit, but then do deliberately forget this. It seems strange, but do you not see the perfection? In order to remember what you have forgotten, you must interact with other souls—some who have awakened fully, and others who still slumber. You learn by trial and error. You are forged by the fire and polished by repeated rubbing … all of this removing layers of darkness that cover your true light.
Some of you are old souls, having had a go at this proving ground more than a time or two. You are the example. Others are newer souls … still learning and perhaps stumbling a bit along the way, but how else does a child learn to walk?
What is the greatest lesson of all that all who wear the human body seek to learn and to remember? That you come from love … to love you will return, and that by expressing love at every turn you awaken and become that which you seek.
"...awaken and become that which you seek." We are spirit, and we are love. Love is the lesson.

This is interesting, "We arrive knowing we are spirit but then forget".
