Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Your Choice

“Do as we say, not as you do” -- a bit of a twist on one of your sayings. So often you march off through your day acting on your own, as if you are connected to naught but your own mind. Then, when you err or encounter difficulties, you wonder why. We are there whispering in your ear at all times, yet you turn down the volume and rush off to do it your own way. This is fine. This is how you learn, but how long would you like to run around in circles?

Life is cyclical, this is true, but would you like it to be for you as an ever-expanding spiral or as a small closed circle like that upon which your hamsters run, getting nowhere? You pray for guidance, then fail to listen to or for our answers. That which you call intuition is our greatest voice. Start there, for from that point the guidance oft gets more subtle, but the more you trust, the louder the voices. Listen well.
