You wear a cast on a limb to fix a broken bone. But does the cast do the work? Of course not. The cast is merely a tool that allows healing to take place. Your body is a similar tool. It allows Spirit to work. The body can take no credit for the activity of Spirit. Spirit, like healing within the cast, will do its work with or without the body. Unlike a cast, the body can move. It is quite a useful tool for Spirit to use in expressing itself.
Will you keep spirit encased and immobile as if in a cast, or give it full expression? You control its expression with your consciousness. Spirit longs to express its true nature of love and goodness. Spirit is eternal and perfect. It is the human that is imperfect. In expressing your true nature, it is you who heals—you, as the human being. Heal yourself from the inside out.
"Life is full of tests. They are not multiple choice. There is only one answer: Love." Suzanne Giesemann
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read."
