Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Busy be-ing

Busy, busy, busy … always running around, doing. Stop for a moment and ask why you spend so much effort in doing and so little on simply being. “Being is not productive,” you say, and we laugh. Being fuels the doing. You would tire far less if you would simply take the time to be for a while. In that state of repose you remember who you are … a spirit be-ing. At that point you can examine all the doing. Is it truly productive? What are you producing? More healing? More love? Then, by all means, do.

If you are merely spinning your wheels, staying busy so as to avoid acknowledging who you areally are, then you need “be” far more often. Be-ing will reveal the truth and take away the need to run.

  1. Remember who we are...pure Love and Spirit at the core. Thank you, Sanaya, for the reminder this morning.

On to more "be-ing," more healing, and more Love today...

  2. A commentary says, "In John 8:58 Jesus says, "before Abraham was, I Am." Many people make the logical assumption that this is a reference to Exodus 3:14 where God reveals his name to be "I Am" (when he speaks it), or "You Are" (or Yahweh when his people say it). While there appears to be some basic similarity in meaning, the wording of the Greek underlying these verses looks quite different and so it seems unlikely that John intended for us to see a connection between these two verses." Today on Palm Sunday April Fool's Day two millennia later -- we can point out Jesus was doing a little beard pulling, since he is saying simultaneously, "I am Yahweh (as much as you all are, if not more)" and, furthermore, years ago, in front of Abraham appeared Yahweh who said, in effect, "my name is 'I AM," -- which is rather like the joke played in the Odyssey when Odysseus nominal trickery gets the wounded Cyclops to say, "'No one' is hurting me!"
