Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Your Lens Cleaners

Treasure every moment that you spend with a good friend.  More so than even your family members with whom you share challenges, your friends allow you to feel and express love.  With them you are honest.  With them you  "let it all hang out," and in so doing you help to purify the human form so that the soul may shine.  After a while with a good friend you can return to your family—your greatest teachers—and see them in a new light, for your lenses have been cleaned just a bit.
Treasure your friends—your lens cleaners … your soul shiners—and know that you do the same for them.
