Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Things

Snowshoes … they keep you  from sinking into soft snow as you walk.  Because of the large shape, it makes the snow seem solid.  Were it not for the large footprint, you would blend into the snow.  And so it is with the body.  Were it not for your physical “footprint,” you would blend in with the molecules of the earth.  See the physical world as it truly is today , not as your senses report it to be.  All is a buzzing hive of vibration.  As such, the physical world is an illusion.  Take away the physical senses, and what you are left with is vibration itself, arising from pure consciousness.  Love is the impulse from which all arises and forms.  Take away all extraneous things, and all that remains is Love.  Simply reflect on this and see how it changes things for you.
