Right Now

Endings and beginnings … it is all really cycles upon cycles.  One year ends and another begins, but time is an artifice of the human who needs to regulate his actions in relation to all others.  If your calendar began on August 1^st and another’s on July 1^st there might be confusion.  And so, you all came to an agreement and start anew on January 1^st.  Do you see how silly it is to wait to start raising your vibrations by eating better, exercising more, and being more kind to yourself and others on a certain date?  Life is cycle after cycle.  Pick this point and each point on the cycle to raise the vibration of the whole through love—not because it is the end of a year, but because it and you are here now.

Angels on Earth

Earth angels.  Who are they?  The ones who appear just when you need them with exactly what you need.  How do they know?  They are instruments of your celestial angels, their counterparts in Heaven.  Your celestial angels watch over you at all times, but most of the time you cannot sense them.  And so, they send you dear friends, your earth angels, to serve as their messengers, which is the meaning of angel, is it not?  And what message do they carry, with or without words?  "You are loved.  I am here.  Be not afraid.  You are never alone."

Healing Balm

Do you want to heal yourself?  Do so with love.  Do you want to heal a friend who is hurting?  Shower them with love and kindness.  Do you want to heal the world?  Envision it surrounded by love.  In actuality it is.  You are all bathed in love, but so many of you have your sensed cloaked that you fail to see and recognize this.  Were it not for those who see the light, you would all cease existing in human form.  You would not cease existing, however, for love never dies. 

If you wish to be a healer, turn up the love.  That is the balm which will raise the vibration of all around you.  Apply it liberally.

Releasing

Fears can be debilitating.  Do you not realize that the illnesses you fear are often brought on by fear?   It is what you call a vicious cycle.  Vicious … even the word brings on fear.  Oh, if you could release all the fears, such peace you would find!  “But how do I do that?” you cry, afraid once again that you will fail.  And once again we return to the two keys to peace:  surrender and allow.  Fear comes from a lack of trust and a lack of living in the moment.  Can you simply be here now and be content?  Do so from one millisecond to the next.  As you recognize the familiar strains of fear, surrender the need to control and allow all to flow in perfect order.

Choices

“Is there a Hell?” so many of you ask, and the answer is yes, but it is not as you envision.  It is not a place, but a state of mind.  And no one is trapped there, but remains there as a result of their own thoughts.  “Not an uplifting topic today,” you say, and we say, raise your thoughts, then.  That is the point.  You create your own heaven and hell.  Nothing is as it seems.  All is perception.  How would you like your world to be?  If it appears hellish, examine closely why this is so.  All is actually neutral.  You paint the colors on the white canvas.  Will they be dark or bright? 

You are here in the school of life to learn how to paint, but you choose the colors and the hues.  Choose wisely, and remember that if you do not like the results, you can always choose a new color from moment to moment.

Why are some people content while others always down?  It is not the circumstances.  Think of those who chose to sing while imprisoned in one of your hells on earth:  a concentration camp.  Why did they sing?  For they knew that inside they could paint their own masterpiece.  Are you dissatisfied with the painting you have created?  Change it now, one brushstroke at a time.

Satisfaction

To get more than you bargained for … This can be perceived as a good thing or bad.  When you bargain, you are trying to get a good deal, to get more than the norm.  You want to get more than what some would say you deserve.  Why is this?  Because you place limitations on what you think you deserve or can afford.  There is a bit of fear and lack associated with bargaining.  If you knew that you always had all that you need, had enough, and were enough, then there would be no need to bargain.  Can you adopt such an attitude?  Then all the world will come to you, but you will not need it, for by that time you will know that you have and are enough right now.

No Separation

And you think on this special day that your loved ones who have passed are not with you.  There you err.  Your very thoughts draw them near and they think of you as well.  You cannot sever the bonds of love, for without love you would not exist.  Talk to them today and every day, and know that they hear you.  You need not speak aloud.  Speak through the heart, most especially if your head tries to tell you you are being silly.  The silliness is the thought that you could ever have been apart from them or your Source.  How can you separate love from Love?

Harnessing the Power

Isn’t it fun, this act of creation?  You are doing it every moment that you visualize an outcome, every time that you set an intention, each instant you have a desire.  That is how you become a co-creator, for all of you are doing the same thing by simply being.  It is when you harness the power of your consciousness that creation takes on more laser-like focus.  Rather than random beams of lights, you create with intention. 

What is the most potent creative force in existence?  Love.  Who harnesses that power?  You.  Are you beginning to get the picture?  What do you wish to create, to become, to change?  Work for the greater good with love as your tool and watch the changes take place.

Taking Flight

Freedom comes at a price.  Until you can truly set the spirit free, you are trapped in a set of human thoughts and behaviors.  If you were to examine how many of your actions and reactions are learned, you might be just a bit surprised.  If you were to act as the heart tells you, you might find yourself acting a bit differently than most of your brothers and sisters.  Are you ready to do that?  To be different?  People stare at one who flies, but they also see what is possible and then begin to take flight themselves.  This is how revolutions start.  Start a revolution and follow your heart.

Stop

Are you feeling disconnected?  Unable to feel the love?  Is it any wonder?  This time of year that is supposed to celebrate a very special birth of one who understood oneness has all of you running about worried about doing things.  We are not berating you, simply trying to remind you to get back to the basics.  This will be challenging if you remember to return to the love and unity state while those around you are still rushing about scurrying and worrying.  No matter.  Stop and breathe.  Reconnect with your greater Self and you will remember what you are celebrating.

The Spirit of Giving

Give the gift of giving.  What does this mean?  Why is it a gift to give?  In a world in which you think that all is separate, you have this illusory concept called “mine.”  In giving what you mistakenly believe “belongs” to you, you show that this thing you are giving is meant to be enjoyed by others.

By now you can tell that from a higher perspective nothing is “yours” and “theirs.”  There is only one Mind having multiple experiences.  What you do, say, and give unto others you give, say, and do unto yourself.  Do not give until it hurts.  Give until you realize that in giving you are opening your heart and the other(s)’ heart.  In so doing, there is recognition that all hearts are one.

In Good Company

“You’re on your own,” a friend says with a laugh, and they think you have to handle your challenges by yourself.  Little do they know how much help all of you have.  We have said it before, and it bears repeating:  “When your heart is in the right place, things fall into place.”  Is this mere luck, or is there purpose in synchronicities?  That which appears to be a coincidence is merely the confirmation of help from beyond—a sign that you are far from on your own.  You all have guides and helpers who wish nothing more than to clear the path for you and make your journey easier.  The more you ask for help and trust that it is there, the more you make room on that path for your helpers to easily walk beside you. 

You never walk alone.  The sooner you come to believe this, the easier will your life be.  Then you will not simply believe this truth, you will know.

Transformational

Have you not seen your fellow humans punish an animal for doing what comes naturally to it?  Do you see how the human imposes its belief systems upon others?  You also do this to other humans.  When one near you behaves in accordance with its own belief system—doing what comes naturally—you berate them and in your own way punish them.  Ah, you may deny doing this, but the greatest punishment is the withholding of love. 

We ask you to understand that in withholding love you are punishing yourself.  See all others as doing the best they can based on their current belief system, and send them your love and acceptance.  They may not change, but you will be transformed.

By Grace

When you feel the presence of Spirit you know it.  It is a fullness, a blossoming, an opening that cannot be denied.  Spirit is always present, but it is you who opens to the awareness of it.  Once you feel this Presence, you will crave it, for there is nothing else in the human experience which comes close to the expansion of the soul.  It comes by grace.  You cannot force it, but you can desire it and ask for it.  In so doing you open yourself to the Presence.  Your thoughts and motives change, making you available and receptive to the awakening, the onrush of Love.  Clear your vessel.  Make room through surrender and prepare for the flood …

Being Present

Note from Suzanne:  I received an email from a woman who received what to her is a frightening diagnosis.  She asked for guidance, so I asked Sanaya.  Their answer is helpful for all of us.  May you have a blessed, love-filled day.

And so, you receive a diagnosis, and immediately there is fear.  Is the outcome certain?  Never.  It is not completely in your human hands.  Can you surrender the need to control?  Then you will find peace.  You could die in the next hour … any of you.  In the back of your very human minds you all know this, but you do not dwell on it, and in not dwelling on it you find peace and enjoy living.

You fight the concept of death because what lies beyond the transition is the unknown.  It is like the one who does not want to travel to foreign lands.  He is comfortable in his familiar home.  Were he to venture out he would discover wonders and beauty beyond his imagining.  Such adventure awaits all of you, and yet you experience fear.  This is understandable, but unnecessary.  You will have to take our word for it:  death is not the end, but the beginning of a glorious new chapter in the ongoing experience of you.

Go ahead and enjoy this experience of human life now for the learning and the love.  That is what all of life is about.  When you experience fear—perhaps at the thought of this life ending—recognize that you have stepped out of the peace of now and into the future, which the human mind cannot know.  The soul knows what lies beyond. 

Sit in the silence and be present with that part of you that knows only peace, joy, and love when human fears threaten to overwhelm you.  Breathe slowly and deeply.  Remain present and know that all is in perfect order always, no matter if you move on to the next chapter upon opening your eyes, or in the next hour, the next day, the next decade.  You are.  You exist.  Be here now and be love, Beloved.

A special post

Yesterday I shared my “Heart Gifts” presentation at Unity of Citrus County.  We discussed how we as humans are coming into greater alignment and balance with our true selves and thus with our hearts.  Then last evening I went to the movies to see “The Book Thief.”  Good movie, but so hard to watch the atrocities committed during WWII.  It took a real effort to “rise above” and observe rather than getting caught up in the emotion and being discouraged with those who don’t understand why we’re here.  This morning after meditating, I went to type Sanaya’s message in the Sanaya Word document, which now numbers over 450 pages.  “For some reason” the page scrolled and stopped on an entry from December of last year, just after the Webster, NY shootings.  This entry was just what I needed after watching the movie and thinking about the daily news.  It also ties in so perfectly with the messages of “Heart Gifts.”  Perhaps it will help you find peace and balance as well … Thank you, Sanaya, for putting this reminder right in plain sight. 

We wish you to not be discouraged.  Did you think the world would end on a certain date (the end of the Mayan calendar)?  Most likely not.  Did you think that there would be an increase in consciousness?  Most likely so.  But just as your world did not end abruptly, the changes in mass consciousness are not abrupt, but gradual. 

Yes, it is true, there is a physical explanation for part of this change.  The alignment of your planets does have a vibrational effect, but this alignment is also a gradual and ongoing process, is it not?  You may have expected a meteor shower, and this did not occur.  Nor will the change in consciousness be meteoric.  Your planets move about at a predictable and orderly pace, and so it is with the increase in consciousness you are experiencing.  Call it a “shift” if you like. 

Did you truly expect all human acts of violence to cease?  This would be unnatural.  You live in a world governed by natural law.  We are not saying that killing and violence is natural.  Not at all.  We are saying that certain patterns of behavior have been achieved and set in your reality, and they will not change overnight.   

Have not these most recent atrocities been the result of mental imbalance?  Anything other than loving thoughts and actions is the result of imbalance, be it mental, spiritual, emotional, or physical.  The laws of rhythm and balance are still in effect.  You are moving toward greater balance, but you are not there yet.

 

Focus not on the atrocities, but on the improvements.  Can you not now speak of “oneness” and the need for loving-kindness without being met with blank stares or anger?  This is evidence of growth.  Look around and count the blessings.  See the love in action.  See the growing awareness in your fellow man of the need for change.  Embrace the movements for such. 

Yes, you have a long way to go, but be not discouraged.  Stand for love.  Stand tall when others may show less than loving responses.  Growth is ongoing.  Like the movement of your planets, it does not stop and it does not reverse its path.  It is orderly, and order will prevail, for Love is ultimately behind it all. 

We thank you for your patience and your dedication to the cause of bringing more light into your world.  Much needed are you.  Never think anything less.

A Different View

Disappointment is a human trait.  In pure spirit form there is only recognition, observation, and learning.  Events are neutral.  With your human thinking you put a so-called “spin” on them.  Did a thing or event meet your beliefs and expectations or not?  Those in spirit are never disappointed in you.  They know that you are here to learn and grow.  Even if you do not learn and grow from those things that disappoint you, you are still loved.  You are still worthy.  Do you like disappointment?  If not, choose to see it in a different way.  Try this.  You will not be disappointed.

Freedom

The more you can surrender, the greater your freedom.  Does this not sound like a paradox?  This is because you associate surrender with giving up control, and freedom with having it.  In this case, the opposite is true.  Surrender ego to Spirit.  When you do this and allow yourself to be guided by Higher Consciousness, you are acknowledging the Truth that you do not walk alone.  It is the ego that keeps you trapped in the false belief that you are a solitary being who must struggle through all of your challenges alone.  In your mind, a weak person in a battle surrenders and becomes a prisoner.  In reality, a strong spirit surrenders ego and becomes free!  The more you surrender your belief systems as a human and align with Spirit, the higher you can fly.

Crowned

“King of kings, lord of lords.”  What does this mean to you?  The most holy, indeed, but do you not realize that all of you are kings?  All of you are holy.  All of you are worthy of love.  Worthiness is a human concept.  Were you a king or a pauper, it matters not, for the same Force flows through you all, making all of you rich beyond measure.  Awaken to this truth.  There is not one king.  That is also a human construct.  There is only one Force, one Power.  Do not separate yourself from this Power in your mind.  Return to the heart—the throne of the Spirit—and put on your spiritual crown.  There, fully bathed in love, you will realize there is no rank, no separation, no one better than another, no king of kings, no ruler of all.  There is only “being.”  And in that state of pure being do you realize that it is all just Love and you are that.

Votes

Do you know how difficult it is not to be swayed by others’ opinion?  Of course you do.  You have spent a lifetime asking, “What do you think?”  You take a vote:  “Thumbs up or thumbs down?” and then you take the results personally.  What if there were no votes?  What if there were no voices?  What if the only vote came from your heart and not your head or the head of others?

Oh, so this message is the same as yesterday.  There is a message there.  Yes, there is only one Mind, but it is a far greater Consciousness than the combined consciousness of humans, who ascribe to a set of beliefs that may or may not be in alignment with Love.  Follow your heart.  The heart is aligned with Love.

What Would People Think

Ah, how often do you stop what is in your heart to do and think, “What would people think?”  Rest assured, this is often wise, for you live amongst human beings who so often use only the head to think, neglecting the heart in this act of reasoning and not feeling.  Because they remain in the head, their thoughts are not always the highest, and their use of free will could impede the actions of those who come more from the heart.  So, it becomes a balancing act once again:  “Do I act or not?”  And we advise you to get out of your head and consult the heart. 

When dealing as a human in a world of humans it is wise to seek that balance point between head and heart.  Were you to come completely from the heart at all times you would most likely float right off the ground and have difficulty acting at all.  Remain grounded, but not so thoroughly that the heart cannot prevail.  In the end, love will always prevail.

Potential

Love can move mountains.  It is true.  Love is the greatest power that exists.  You do not yet realize this or you would use it to stop armies, to heal the sick, to turn water into wine.  For now it would be miracle enough for you to turn that love on yourself.  Use it to heal your heart from the perceived hurts of others and the hurts your own vibrations may have triggered in others.  Heal!  Do not hold onto anything less than love, for in doing so you are not living up to your full potential.

Unfolding

Every so often you turn a new page in the well-worn book of your life.  It is a chapter that has been waiting for you to experience, but you were not yet ready.  The book of your life is already written in a sense.  Which chapters you decide to experience and in what order is up to you.  This you call free will, and even that is a bit of an illusion, since it has all happened already anyway.  Yes, we know we confuse you and do you not balk a bit at this idea? 

Life is not linear as it appears.  Circular comes a bit closer, but spherical even more close. 

It is all about the experience.  Eventually, all does not come to an end, but back to the center, from which a new book will emerge.  Yes, the sphere, not the circle.  Depending where you are in the book, this concept will have more or less meaning to you.  The more you can surrender the need to control the “reading” of this book of your life, the greater will be your enjoyment of the “read.”

Free

“My spirit longs to be free of these chains which bind me.  Free me, oh God!”

 … Fly free, little bird, for you were never trapped—only by the illusion that you had ever flown away from Me.  Rest here in the nest, under My wing, knowing you are safe, and warm, and free to fly at any time.  Soar, if you will, for you were born with wings.  It is those around you who have clipped their wings through their ignorance of who they are who would have you believe you are trapped.  Do not believe them.  Transcend them through the force of Love—the only Force you need ever exert.

Stretching

When a thing conflicts with the belief system, there is resistance.  The human mind does not want to let it in.  There is anger, denial, and the clenching of teeth.  Vibrations lower.  Does it have anything to do with anyone else?  Of course not.  It has everything to do with the personal self.  Yet, if what you say or do causes another to react in such a way, do you not take it personally? 

Now do you see the folly in this?  You are allowing another to stretch and grow … or not.  If they remain firmly fixed in their beliefs to the point of grinding the teeth flat, then that is their lesson.  Ah yes, but if the other’s reaction is bothersome to you, then it is a lesson for you as well.  How wonderful!  You are helping each other without even knowing it.

Not So Far

Across the Great Divide.  Your pioneers did travel great distances and endure great hardships to cross to unknown lands.  How devoted are you to discovering what lies beyond the veil?  It comes to some with no effort.  To others it takes dedication in time spent in meditation, time spent in prayer, time spent practicing mastery of emotions and being the presence of love.  Why the difference?  For some it is karma, for others grace.  No matter.  What is your intention?  The divide is not so great when there is complete purity of heart.  We await you there.  It is available to you at all times.  Just knowing this, the veil thins.

The One Key

You put a key in a lock and the door opens.  Only one shape fits the hole of the lock.  Only one.  But you can fiddle with the lock a bit and perhaps force your way in.  Are not humans like that?  There is one key to true spiritual happiness—to joy—and that is love … being the presence of love, sharing the self as love.  But the human tries so many other ways of prying open the door, including trying to force others to open it for them.  You were born with the key.  You merely need reach into your own heart and find it there and doors will open left and right.

Selective ...

You hear what you want to hear, do you not?  It is like your horoscopes.  “Oh!  That is exactly like me!” you say as you read the words you have bought into in the past or those you want to be true, and you blithely ignore those that do not fit.  Selective beliefs.  All of them make up your personal frequency.  Believing or hearing something else would cause your frequency to change, and the human does not like change. 

Change your thoughts and you change your life.  You have volumes written on this subject.  So … how would you like your horoscope to read?  What would you like others to say?  If you truly want to hear what you want to hear, act the part.  It is so simple to change, and it all begins with your thoughts.

The All of It

When you pray to your guides and angels, you are praying to God.  When you pray to Jesus or Buddha, you are praying to God.  When you talk to a friend or a stranger, you are talking to God.  When you look in the mirror, you are looking at God.  “How can that be?!” you cry, for you have been led to believe that God is separate from you, and how could you have such power?  You and all whom we have mentioned are not the entirety of God, but God is all of you. 

Everything is nothing but the love, the essence, the energy, the consciousness of the One Divine Mind, of the Great Spirit expressing itself in limitless ways.  You may limit yourself when you pray to one aspect of God, or you may pray to God, Itself.  It matters not, for it’s all God.

No Matter What

Zero defects.  This is a mentality that allows no room for error.  Of course, this depends upon what you consider an error.  All standards are set by consciousness.  They are not laws set in stone, but set by a group or an individual.  Examine your beliefs and why you adhere to them.  Do they serve you well or badly?  If you learn and grow from so-called errors, then perhaps they are not so bad.  Do not be so hard on yourself.  You are loved no matter what.

Every One of Them

“This is a big day!” you say, and the pulse quickens.  Adrenaline rushes through the body, and this you recognize as feeling nervous.  What caused this?  Your thoughts.  Your perception that the events of this day are more important than those of another day have just changed the timbre, the tone of that day.

Do you not realize that not just every day, but every moment is big?  How do you make the most of every moment?  By tuning in to that side of you which is spirit, not the human side, which experiences doubt and nervousness.  Allow yourself to be God-guided, and there is no need for nervousness ever.  You would not be experiencing this big, glorious moment of life were it not for the ever-present loving guidance of Spirit.  Relax and enjoy this big moment right now.  Spirit is with you, guiding you all the way.  It is only the human side of you that feels nervousness, and only when you forget these truths.  Enjoy every moment of your life, every day of your life, remembering that they are all grand, and that you are guided by the greatest Force there is … Love.
