Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Free

“My spirit longs to be free of these chains which bind me.  Free me, oh God!”

 … Fly free, little bird, for you were never trapped—only by the illusion that you had ever flown away from Me.  Rest here in the nest, under My wing, knowing you are safe, and warm, and free to fly at any time.  Soar, if you will, for you were born with wings.  It is those around you who have clipped their wings through their ignorance of who they are who would have you believe you are trapped.  Do not believe them.  Transcend them through the force of Love—the only Force you need ever exert.
