Crutches


Crutches.  You lean on them when you have a need.  They are a temporary measure until you can stand on your own two feet again.  When trying to attune to Higher Consciousness there are a variety of devices you can lean upon to aid the process:  pendulums, divination cards, scrying boards, and the like.  None of these are bad.  All can be helpful, but like crutches, all are merely aids until you can stand on your own and hear the voice, and feel the sensations, and decipher the signals that Higher Consciousness uses to communicate.  Use your crutches if they are helpful, but do not become dependent upon them.  It is through the use of your God-given abilities that they grow stronger.
