Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. Reunions

You see a friend or family member you have not seen in a long time and you both immediately revert to your old programming.  Are you the same person you were when you last shared the same space?  No, you have grown and so has the other, but do you see how the subconscious mind controls you?  It immediately puts on the recording that matches the image before you.  You are not an automaton.  You are a conscious being.  More important, you are a spirit—loving energy that has evolved beyond your old programming.  Keep this in mind as you forge new and improved relationships based on the new and improved you.
