Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Inter State Travel

The journey of awakening is a short one, but it is not necessarily easy.  The path consists of traveling from a state known as ego to a state known as Love.  Both have varying names.  Ego, for example, can be known as pride, but also as self and separation.  Love can be called soul, spirit, and Higher Self, among others.  Both exist simultaneously and without space, which is why the journey is not one of distance.  It is all a matter of where you place your focus.  One moment you can be in self and the next in Self.  Awakening to Love takes great awareness of which state you are in at each moment and then making a choice as to whether you will stay there or not.
