Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Dive Right In

In an effort to be and see only goodness, do not shut out the outer world.  Yes, it is true:  There beyond the Self is a world of duality—of good and evil, love and fear.  This is why you are having this earth-bound experience:  to learn from the differences.

Once you taste the sweetness of living as a conscious spirit-being in human form, you will want nothing but this experience of bliss.  But hear us now:  You are here for the full experience of life.  More bliss awaits, but in the meantime, dive in and live fully.  Do not run from the darkness.  Do not hide or seek shelter when you feel the baser vibrations around you closing in.  Merely step back a bit, observe with detached compassion, and send love.  In this way you are a full participant in the healing process—both of your world and of your soul.

There is no need to live in a cave or in a self-made bubble of happiness.  That safe place always lies within.  Go there as needed, but be fully present in the play of life.

  2. Yesterday I allowed myself to float in the river of blame and discontent. Today I swim for shore.

To observe with detached compassion and love is my mantra for today.

    Thank you Sanaya
