Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Reactions

"Did you meet the situation with love?"  That is the great test of your lifetime.  This is a test you can apply after any event, any experience.  And apply it you should, for it will be the question you are asked by your higher self and by those who gently guide you when you pass through heaven's gate.
 
Yes, your life is filled with challenges, and always you do have a choice of how to respond.  So many ways do you have from which to choose … with fear, anger, defensiveness … by running away, by taking a stand, by doing nothing.  All is a spectrum from low vibration to high.  Understanding this, you can see that the optimum choice is always love.  We challenge you to find any circumstance when love is not the optimum choice.
 
When faced with a choice, step into the future and look back upon the moment.  Did you meet the moment with love?  Constant vigilance, my friend.  Constant vigilance.

    I have failed this test often; but, again I meet the day with optimism and vigilance - knowing that love is always the answer.
