Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. This One

“This One” – this one incarnation you are experiencing – this is what others would know as “you” and what you would know as “I.” This One thinks it is the center of the universe, even though there are billions of This Ones. And so, This One takes on a name, a unique name to identify this go-around of soul-force, of God Energy.

You, as This One, once affixed with a label such as Mary Smith or John Jones become ever more differentiated. This One takes on a personality, warts and all. The little quirks of This One are at times laughable and at other times annoying. There is great genius in having billions of This Ones experiencing life in physical form. This gives the soul a chance to work out the kinks, to smooth out the bumps caused by other This Ones’ experiences in this vast, ongoing exchange of energy. Hopefully, This One will do a lot of smoothing out and return to the fold quite a bit smoother this one time.

You, as This One this time, are here to help the God-Energy to grow ever more fine and evolved. You, as This One this time, play a vital role in adding to the whole, for even though you may seem separate, you are merely having a This One experience for a time in the world of time. Do not become so attached to the label of Mary Smith or John Jones that you forget This One great lesson.
