Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Recycled

As a river flows, so do your thoughts, never stopping.  They encounter obstacles and take a turn.  At certain points they flow even faster, scurrying to get around the bend.  This constant stream never dries up, propelling you along, along, along until finally you emerge into a larger delta, then merge with the sea, where all thoughts become one.
What happens to the water in the sea?  Do you not remember the diagram shown to you in school?  It evaporates and forms the clouds, only to return to the earth as raindrops and once again flow into the river.
Thoughts are recycled like raindrops.  Rarely do you have a new one.  Perhaps they are new to you, but recycled from another.  There is only one Mind flowing through all of you.  Ask for the highest thoughts to emanate from your human mind.  Ask for the flow to come from the greatest Source so as to fertilize those around you—renewing all for the greater good.  This is the thought cycle—part of the cycle of life.  As above, so below.
