Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. That Vital Flow
A pin pricks
the finger and you bleed. Just a drop
comes out and you stare at it. The dot
of bright, red color is in such contrast to the skin. “Is that really inside of me?” It is so easy to forget that this vital fluid
flows constantly through the body or the body would cease to exist.
There is
another vital flow within you and around you.
It is the Life Force. Were it not
for this Force flowing through you, the body would cease to exist. It is in such great contrast to the body that
were you able to see it, you would stare, transfixed, just as you do at the
drop of blood.
You cannot
see spirit, but you can feel it. Sit quietly
and take a few deep breaths. Concentrate
on one word only to quiet the mind: “Love.” Sit there as long as it takes … as many days
in a row as it takes … and when you finally feel the Presence of that word that
you are repeating, then you need not see the spirit ever, for you will truly
know that it flows through you. You need
not prick the finger to let it flow outside of you, for it is all of you.
May your
spirit bleed through all that you do, leaving an indelible mark on all you
touch.
