Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. Flushed

Containment … these are efforts you make when trying to control damage that has been done.  You hold the bad things in a vessel and try not to let them spread.  Do not hold negative thoughts inside.  There they fester.  Allow them to disperse by flooding them with higher vibrations.  So dilute them they that do no harm to self or others.  And then continue the flushing, replacing old, worn out hazardous material with fresh and vibrant healthy ways of thinking and acting.

 Do this, my friend, and you will be unable to contain yourself.  The true Self will then appear and shine upon all, no longer a prisoner, but free to be.
