When something causes
you anxiety, angst, anger, or anything less than peace, it is always, always an
opportunity for growth. The other may
not see it as such, and that is not your worry.
Grow, grow, grow in peace and love.
Correct your thoughts and actions as necessary, thank your teachers, and
send love and compassion to self and others.
A simple recipe for life, taken one bite at a time.
"Life is full of tests. They are not multiple choice. There is only one answer: Love." Suzanne Giesemann

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." When You Feel a Bite
You cannot please
everyone at all times. There are those
who will misinterpret your motives and your meaning and your intentions. Do not fall into the same vibration. Look for the lesson in this encounter. See our previous message about seeking
perfection. Where two humans interact,
there is likely to be imperfection. This
is the beauty in relationships. Do you
grow defensive when accused, or do you step back and say, “Perhaps I could have
done better. Perhaps I did the best I
could have under the circumstances.
Perhaps I will change my way of doing things the next time. Thank you for the reminder. May you grow as well from this encounter.”

Yes, what a recipe for life! Another message from Sanaya that I need to read more than once. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteMe too Beverly. Made me stop and ponder which often happens when I read the daily messages! Brad
