Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Who's In Charge?

Nary a moment goes by that ego does not try to tell you that you are different.  Nary a moment does pass that ego does not try to cement its grip on your heart.  It knows that if your heart were fully open from one moment to the next ego would no longer play the starring role.  If the heart were fully open to all others, you would feel the real connection you all share and would finally realize you are no different at the soul level.  Then what would ego do?

Do you see why you continue to have thoughts of separation?  At the moment, ego plays a starring role, and so its voice is much louder in your thought.  Gently tell ego to step aside and then listen, listen, listen.  As the voice of spirit grows ever stronger you will be able to put ego in its proper place.  It plays a vital role as human operations manager, but spirit rules the heart.

  1. This explanation of ego makes so much sense to me - - "It plays a vital role as human operations manager." Spirit rules the heart and yes, we can tell ego to step aside. Thank you, Sanaya.
