Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Is there not always an
alternate way of looking at a situation?
It is quite easy to bemoan your current circumstance. “Woe is me.
Look how awful this is.” And
then, are your eyes not pointed toward one in a situation you would judge as
far worse? And suddenly you are grateful
for what you have.
Yet, at the same time, there
may be another who looks upon you and is grateful they do not have to face your
challenges. In experiencing what you are
experiencing, you are helping another.
How you choose to see your situation is always up to you and is always
relative.
Is there not always

Infinite ways, my friend. We highly
recommend choosing the one that brings the greatest peace.
How meaningul every word of this post! It helps to KNOW we in truth are not our bodies and free enough to SHARE the good news that God creates only the perfect. When I become attuned with SPITIT I fully experience IT even though my body may seem to be a bit 'run-down'; Hey, my body doesn't think for me.
