Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Flying High

‘Tis true what they say
You cannot see the forest for the trees.
If only you could fly above
And see what the eagle sees!

Why then, my child, your view would change.
No longer would you fear.
For up so high when flying
All your answers would be clear.

The questions that you ponder now
Have all been answered, yet
You do not see this clearly
When your connection you forget.

Remembering is half the fun.
Ask the bird who flies
How free it feels to rise and soar
With abandon through the skies.

Leave your worries on the ground.
Rise above the body and you’ll see
That never do you walk alone
When you fly with Me.

You can lift off any moment.
You can rise above the pain.
Drift beyond the storm clouds
Far beyond the rain.

This freedom is your birthright.

You’ve merely lost your way.
But take My hand, come fly with me
On this, Remembrance Day.

  1. Wonderful reminder for us all! When learning how to fly, I recall how peaceful and relaxing it was to look down at familiar surroundings from the air. Everything was in miniature and it did feel as if my worries were lessened by that perspective. Floating above it all did have a calming effect on me. That is until I needed to return to the airport and remember how to land the airplane! :-). BB

  3. Good stuff BB. I took a walk this morning through a park with lots of birds flying and chirping in the trees. What a calming effect being in nature has on you. After the walk I sat down and read this wonderful poem from Sanaya. Great way to start the day.
