Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. Limitless

Do you know the limits of your heart?  Have you tried to find it?  Try today.  See if you can love too much.  When one is angry in your presence, open your heart more rather than closing it off for protection.  When one is sad, open it even more and watch the healing take place.  You are a healer.  All of you are, yet so few realize this.  Open your heart as wide as you can and stretch this muscle.  You have not even begun to realize the limits of love, for just when you think you have reached bliss, the heart expands again.  Test the heart’s limits today.  Stretch it as far as you think it can go.  We will meet you there.
