Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. Excitable

Excitable … that is what you call one who reacts with great swings upward in the face of events.  Picture a pot of boiling water that simmers.  Turn up the heat and the bubbles boil with great fervor.  Do you boil and pop when the heat is turned up?  It is not necessary.  In the physical world, this is the normal reaction, but you are not of this world.  Remove yourself from the stove when things get too hot for comfort.  Allow things to cool down as you observe and decide if you want to be part of the stew.  Like a fine seasoning, you add a unique flavor to the mix, but you need not blend in completely.
