"Life is full of tests. They are not multiple choice. There is only one answer: Love." Suzanne Giesemann
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Wounds
You are all wounded beings. There
is not a one of you who has not suffered some perceived hurt as a result of
your group illusion. You say harmful
things to one another and do harmful things, and all out of ignorance. You do these things at the human level, when
in ignorance or denial of your true nature.
That nature is love, and that love is the only salve that will heal your
wounds. The wounds began long before you
were aware of much. Little babies incur
harm from those not yet awakened. Go
back in time to when the child in you was wounded and send that child love. Let it know that it has always been safe and
loved as spirit. This is how wounds are
healed. Continue the healing process now
by loving yourself, and then pass it along to others, for you are all
wounded. It is the nature of being
human, but now you know the nature of compassion.
