Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. Lagging Behind
All is intricately interconnected.
The body is in rhythm with the rhythms of the earth and the other
planets in your solar system. Even your moon
affects your mood. How is this so? For all is energy. When you are out of rhythm with the earth’s
energies, you experience a set of symptoms you label jet lag. There is dissonance and discord until you come
back into resonance. It is the same in
your relationships. When you are out of
sync with the vibrations of another, is there not discord? What about when you move into a new home or
try to sleep in a strange place? Why are
you uncomfortable? For your energy is
not yet in resonance with the energies around you. Be mindful of how the dissonance in your
energetic field affects your human emotions.
Be careful not to lash out at others or be hard on yourself whilst
adjusting. Allow the confused waves to
settle into a more peaceful rhythm and know that all will be well in time.
