Can you change your
habits? Doing so requires flexibility. Often only in making a
change do you realize how thoroughly entrenched you had become in your beliefs
and your behaviors. A small change can bring about large and unexpectedly
positive results. Do not resist change.
Be aware of digging in your
heels. When you find yourself saying, "But I must do it this
way!" or "That is how I have always done it," then you are ripe
for change. What happens to a piece of fruit that is ripe, but its
ripeness is not taken advantage of? Then it becomes soft and
unusable. Take a step in a new direction from time to time and watch with
wonder and enjoyment at what you harvest.
