Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. Courage

Courage comes in many forms.  There is the brave warrior, and there is also the one who will not join the fight.  Motive is all important.  What do you believe in and stand for and why?  Are you going along with the crowd without having examined your beliefs?  If you stop to listen to your thoughts, take it a step further and tune into your heart.  Is the stand you are taking one you wish to continue taking?  If not, it may take courage to change.  Be aware of things you do and say out of habit.  You may have outgrown them.  If so, now it is time for true courage.  Step into your Power and with love take the first step forward.
