Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. Love in Action

When those around you are hurting, you hurt.  This is empathy.  You feel their pain for you all are connected.  What happens to one truly does happen to all.  This is oneness.  You band together when there is a loss for the heart knows no other way.  Like a moth to a flame, the spirit ensures that those who are hurting are surrounded by love and are supported.  It is the same at all levels of existence, whether in physical form or not.  Those who are hurting are met with love and are supported upon crossing the veil.  As above, so below.  Whether human or spirit, God sends angels to lift those in pain. 
You are the eyes and ears, the hands, and arms and legs of Spirit.  It is empathy and compassion which set you in motion.  Love in action.  It is a beautiful thing.
