Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. Selfless

Self-less acts:  when you do something with no regard for personal gain.  Did you know this is impossible?  It is impossible to do something from the heart for another or a group of others and not gain in your own heart.  In serving others you are raising the consciousness, the spirit, the quality of the Whole of which you are a part.  You are “coming from the heart,” and what flows out from you must flow back.  It is the Law.  So, yes, think of it as self-less if you will, but only in terms of the individual self with a small s.  All acts of the heart come from the greater Self, which is Love.
