Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. Stretching

It is all about the experience—this thing called Life.  It is neither good nor bad, but life unfolding for the opportunity to evolve.  You are faced with choices with every experience.  Each allows your soul to grow, stretch, expand, or shrink, decay, nullify.  How do you optimize each experience, each encounter?  Love, my friend.  Be Love. 

Shine the light of love that is you.  In this way you cannot help but expand and grow.  The soul wants to grow.  The soul knows this is its task.  This is why it nudges you always toward the higher choices and why life does not flow quite as easily when ego decides not to go along with the higher self’s prompting. 
Play along today, why don’t you, at every opportunity, through every experience.  Your day will be all the more bright as a result.
