Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. Without Resistance

When you are in the presence of one who is displaying less than optimal behavior, how do you react?  Do you withdraw and seethe or squirm, or do you go on the attack, responding with aggression?  Within the body, cells do not see good or bad, they simply seek balance—homeostasis.  When in the presence of one who is out of balance, there is no need for fighting.  Simply surround that one with love, seeking balance.  If your resistance is down, you may lash out, withdraw, or display some other behavior which only adds to the imbalance.  In such a case, picture the cells of the body, which innately know what to do.  Simply be love, and within your own system balance will be restored.
