Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Undying

Roses on a gravestone.  Ashes on a shelf.  The love of your life is gone.  Or so you think.  This is when we ask you not to think.  Thinking takes you to the false belief that your beloved is never to be seen or felt again.  Oh, how thinking does you a disservice.  Get out of your head and abide in your heart.  This is where your beloved awaits you.  This is where they speak to you, at times in a whisper, at others in a shout.

“I live!  I am here!  I have never left your side.  Please, I beg you, do not think that.  Meet me in the heart, which knows the truth.”

The head will try to tell you that the sense you have of your loved one’s presence is foolishness.  Be a fool, then.  Do what it takes to set thinking aside.  It matters not what others think.  They have not felt what your heart knows.  And yes, the heart knows, beyond thinking, what is real, and that is love … everlasting and undying.

You cannot kill the spirit.  Death is not the end.  Ask the heart.  When your thinking brain no longer serves you, then you will be joined once again with those you have lost.  Do not give it a second thought.

  1. Thank you, Sanaya, for confirming what my heart told me while I was meditating a few minutes ago...and now this message!
