That One ... Your New Friend

Do you love yourself enough?  Do you?  Do you speak to yourself lovingly and regard yourself with compassion?  Take a step back and see yourself from afar.  Listen to the way that one is addressing themself.  Do you want to step in and say, "Please be more kind"?  Is that one being patient and understanding with themself?  Do you want to step in and say, "There, there.  You are far more worthy than you are giving yourself credit for"?

Do you see now how easy it is to befriend and love that one who you have forsaken?  There are things you would never say to your lover, your friend, your beloved child, for they would be too hurtful, yet you say these things to that one -- God's beloved child – all the time.

Step outside of the ego, who can be quite the unloving critic.  You do not need that kind of friend.  Now, from this new vantage point, befriend yourself.  Take yourself by the hand and say, "I am sorry I have forsaken you.  I want to get to know you anew and truly take care of you.  I love you just as our Father loves you.  Please forgive me."  And it is done. 

Do you see how simple it is to turn your life around?

Recycled

As a river flows, so do your thoughts, never stopping.  They encounter obstacles and take a turn.  At certain points they flow even faster, scurrying to get around the bend.  This constant stream never dries up, propelling you along, along, along until finally you emerge into a larger delta, then merge with the sea, where all thoughts become one.

What happens to the water in the sea?  Do you not remember the diagram shown to you in school?  It evaporates and forms the clouds, only to return to the earth as raindrops and once again flow into the river. 

Thoughts are recycled like raindrops.  Rarely do you have a new one.  Perhaps they are new to you, but recycled from another.  There is only one Mind flowing through all of you.  Ask for the highest thoughts to emanate from your human mind.  Ask for the flow to come from the greatest Source so as to fertilize those around you—renewing all for the greater good.  This is the thought cycle—part of the cycle of life.  As above, so below.

Choice

Be very clear about what it is you desire, for your thoughts will bring you what you envision.  Look around you.  Everything you have and see is there by choice, either yours or another's.  If you are unhappy with what you see, then you must make a choice, mustn't you?  Making choices takes courage.  Not making the difficult choice is also a choice, is it not?

 

You have chosen this life as you.  There are lessons to be learned as you.  Are you unhappy with you?  Make a choice to change.  You cannot change others around you?  Then make a choice to change your thoughts about them.  You are not as powerless as you imagined.  

 

Choose to be happy.  Choose to be loving.  The two go hand-in-hand.  Choose love as your companion to every thought, deed, and word, and you will walk hand-in-hand with the One who gave you this life in the first place.

Perfect in Every Way

Perfection comes at a price.  Striving, always striving.  Forsaking others.  Anxiety.  And what is this elusive thing you seek?  Does it even exist?  It is a goal you set to be flawless or to perform flawlessly, but who is it that determines what is a flaw and what is not?  Do you see the folly in this striving? 

In the human world there is no state of perfection.  Yes, it is good to aim high.  Yes, it is most advisable to raise the bar from previous achievements.  In this way you grow, but aiming for a goal which is ever elusive only leads to frustration and disappointment. 

Aim to love yourself.  Aim for excellence in all that you do.  Aim to be good and kind to all you meet.  Do you see the perfection in that?  A bit of a paradox, perhaps, this concept of perfection.  Do not miss our meaning by splitting hairs with your words.  We merely wish you to go easy on yourself whilst still aiming to grow.  To grow in what?  In being the manifestation and expression of love in your world.

On the Way Up

Elevator music – a bit of a derogatory term you use for insipid music which plays while you ride in a little box that saves you effort going up and down.  You are taking the easy way out, riding an elevator.  Yes, all will rise to the top if they step aboard, and look how you do not even speak to each other as you do so!

Take the stairs once in a while.  Exercise your heart.  Play a rousing tune in your head as you charge upward.  Earn your rise to the top.  It is so easy to take the easy way up, but you are rewarded with elevator music.  Exert your wings and all the angels will sing.  That is a song that will be far more beautiful to your ears.

Claiming Victory

Victory … when one achieves a desired outcome.  There is usually great rejoicing, unless the victory came at the expense of another.  You celebrate your victories, your triumphs, pounding each other on the backs, but should all be celebrated?  What of the losers?  Does one ever stop to say, "I'm sorry that you did not also achieve victory?"  Competition leads to this division.  Cooperation leads to helping all sides to grow in some way, even when not all sides can come out on top.

In the spirit world, the ultimate goal is growth.  When one advances, this advances the growth of all.  There is no need to prove one's might over another.  Victory for one is a victory for all.  We encourage you to step forward in time to a time when it will no longer matter who is right and who is wrong.  Imagine yourself in this environment here and now and behave accordingly.  That, in itself, is a victory.

Ah, yes ...

Satisfaction.  A state in which you cease to strive.  For a moment or a while you have found peace.  You are satisfied.  Yes, of course you know there is always more, but just for now you need not chase after it.  This is a peaceful place to be.  Sit there with your friend, Satisfaction, and enjoy the state.  It does not last for the ego.  Ego always wants more.

God is well satisfied with you.  God wants nothing more than to experience life as you, with all of its ups and downs, and yes, even with the mistakes you make while experiencing life as a human being.  God is well satisfied with your progress.  It is only when you separate yourself from your God-liness that you feel dissatisfied.  You will be fully aware of your God-liness soon enough.  For now, relax, have fun, and know that it is all good.  Everything is unfolding as it should.  Take a deep breath, relax, and be satisfied.

Reunions

"I feel as if I've known you forever!"  Have you ever said this to another?  Of course you have, for the soul is eternal.  Spirit does not die, nor is it born.  These are human aspects.  Spirit simply is.  You made an agreement before taking on this particular role in this particular life that you would interact with certain other players.  There is recognition at a soul level when you meet.  On the human level you stop, you blink, you stare as the heart stirs. 

"I know you," you think.  "We have met before."  And you are right.  Better words to say would be along the lines of, "Hello, dear friend.  It has been a while in human terms, and now we awaken these sleeping actors a bit more.  Isn't it fun to see their surprise?  It took them long enough to figure it out."

Enjoy these reunions, for that is what it is:  a re-union of souls which never truly were apart, but temporarily separated through the illusion of human separation.  Say, "Hello, my friend.  And so we meet again."

From Up High

"Get on your high horse."  What does this mean?  You step onto the saddle of a tall horse and from there look down upon all, surveying others now from a position of authority based only upon altitude.  Do you see the folly?  The only thing that has separated you from others is that your seat is physically higher.  You have the perceived advantage of a creature to ride whilst others walk, even though seconds ago you were walking.  And what if you are thrown to the ground by this horse?  Now even you could be trampled.  This is the danger of false perceptions and false pride.

No one is any greater than another.  Power is illusory in the human world.  It comes and goes and is based upon false agreements as to what is important.  Be careful when you climb onto that high horse.  If you find yourself in a position where you have a greater view, recognize that instead of lording power over others, now you have been given an opportunity.  How will you use it?  Judge not, but serve with an open heart, knowing that there in the heart all are equal … there, in the heart, where the viewpoint never changes.

One Song

Think of your musicians who form a band.  Such energy they create together—not just in the musical notes that bring pleasure, but in the energy they create through their own synergy.  They know that alone they can and do create beautiful music, but together the effect is far different and at times greater.

This is an example of the power of working together for the whole.  Do you not yet realize that your entire existence in human form serves this very purpose?  You are not the solo player you perceive yourself to be.  Yes, it is possible for you to create beautiful music by yourself, but it is when you add your notes to those of others that beautiful harmony results. 

Strike up some beautiful chords today—your note joined with others.  Make a beautiful sound and add to the enjoyment and growth of the Whole.  It is all one big song.

Note from Suzanne:  Each morning I receive the messages from Sanaya in meditation.  Then, afterwards when I type up what came through, I am the one who gives each message a title.  Today "One Song" felt right, then I remembered another term I had heard for the "one song" ... That Vital Flow

A pin pricks the finger and you bleed.  Just a drop comes out and you stare at it.  The dot of bright, red color is in such contrast to the skin.  “Is that really inside of me?”  It is so easy to forget that this vital fluid flows constantly through the body or the body would cease to exist. 

There is another vital flow within you and around you.  It is the Life Force.  Were it not for this Force flowing through you, the body would cease to exist.  It is in such great contrast to the body that were you able to see it, you would stare, transfixed, just as you do at the drop of blood. 

You cannot see spirit, but you can feel it.  Sit quietly and take a few deep breaths.  Concentrate on one word only to quiet the mind:  “Love.”  Sit there as long as it takes … as many days in a row as it takes … and when you finally feel the Presence of that word that you are repeating, then you need not see the spirit ever, for you will truly know that it flows through you.  You need not prick the finger to let it flow outside of you, for it is all of you. 

May your spirit bleed through all that you do, leaving an indelible mark on all you touch.

Much Appreciated

What is kindness, but doing something for another which you know they will appreciate.  It may not be something that receiving it would make you in particular smile, or perhaps it would, but either way, doing it makes you smile.  Why?  For you have made the other vibrate higher, or “feel better,” in your words. 

Kindness is contagious.  Why?  Because in helping another to feel better, you awaken in them a bit more of the spirit.  In this recognition of the self as love, the other experiences an innate desire to express the self.  This expression of the true self manifests as—yes, you guessed it—kindness.  Once felt, others cannot help but pass it on.

Practice not random acts of kindness today, but focused, deliberate, continued acts of caring, knowing they will spread out like the petals of a flower opening, thus sharing their beauty and germinating love in all who receive your gift.

All There Is

Satan exists in the mind--in the human mind that knows both ends of the spectrum of being. There is pain and sadness, just as there is health and gladness. You ride between the two, back and forth constantly. Is there a God and a devil, or is there simply Love and a lack of it?

Love is all there is--one great spectrum of vibration of God-ness. The less you allow the expression of this healing Force to be present in your consciousness, the more pain you feel, the more fear you feel. When you wallow in the absence of the Force, you give all of these lower aspects a name: the devil. There is no such being and no such power.

There is only one Force, one Power, and that is Love. Call it what you will, but call it into your life and the devil be damned. Love is all there is. See it. Be it. Express it, and watch your life flow.

Pulling Strings

Miracles happen every day, and you are surprised.  Miracles are not outside the laws of science.  Creation consists of laws of great order, but there is far more to creation than the physical world.  Just as you cannot see certain colors outside of your spectrum or hear sounds beyond those the ears can detect, there is far more going on around you than meets the eye.  A miracle is merely an effect for which you cannot currently detect the cause.  You see a puppet move its arms and think, "It is a miracle!" for you cannot see the Puppeteer. 

Who is the creator of the miracle that is you?  Who breathes you?  There are all sorts of miracle workers working behind the scenes to make your life easier.  A little recognition of this is appreciated.  Ask for anything and we will do our best to provide your miracles when it serves the One.

Soul Afire

“A ball of fire”—that is what others call you when you are so thoroughly energized that they can feel your vibrations.  You are fully alive in these moments—radiating pure life.  Do you not know that this verbal expression is quite close to your natural state?  If you could see yourself as we do, you would see naught but a flickering flame—a ball of fire with no clearly defined edges.  Your flame waxes and wanes, undulates and grows or diminishes with your every thought … changes color even. 

That is you:  a constantly changing, constantly evolving flame that never burns out.  The question remains the same always:  Just how brightly will you burn?  Always, always you fan the flames with love.  Burn on, little light, until you become a bonfire for others.

Note from Suzanne:  The photo here shows exactly what I saw one magical moment three years ago.  My eyes were wide open as I sat in a dark room asking to feel the presence of Spirit.  The flame danced and undulated before my eyes for minutes.  When I moved my head, the light remained where it was originally, then moved with me.  I now know this was one of my guides (which I did not believe in at the time!) making his or her presence known to me.  Simply awesome, and I'm grateful for this reminder this morning.  Burn on!

Artistry

Artistry—you see it all around you.  The human picks up a pen or a lump of clay and creates something beautiful from a concept.  The result is a poem, or a painting, or a sculpture that others look upon and say, “It is good.”  The Great Creator had a concept.  Look around you to see the results.  Artistry surrounds you.  It comes in the billions of forms of creation—of life in all its colors, sizes, and shapes.  Look at a mountain, an ocean, the stars … the peacock … can you not see the Artist’s touch in each?

Now stand before a mirror and gaze at artistry in action.  See beyond the wrinkles and the sags.  See into the soul.  See the perfection and listen closely.  Suspend all earthly judgment and you will see the Artist smile and say with satisfaction, “It is good.”

Reach Out

Others will forgive us this day as we give this vital message to one who will read these words and needs to hear them …

When a person takes their own life, they are merely detaching consciousness from form.  It is impossible to take away Life.  It is God who giveth and God who taketh away.  The human merely makes choices through the exercise of free will.  In this way, the human helps the soul to evolve.  The early departure from the school of human life by choice does nothing to help the soul evolve and is deleterious to the growth of the Whole.  There is no judgment nor punishment, merely recognition that no growth has taken place and that human pain has resulted for those still in human form.

Think twice, think thrice, think again before making a choice that is permanent to the current human form.  Such a choice does not end suffering.  Resort to prayer--constant prayer—with the knowing that you are contacting a Source which will send help.  You are not alone.  You never have been.  You exist for a reason.  You need not suffer.  The light is there, and one will be sent to you to lead you from the darkness.  Trust in this as you pray.  Reach out. 

Can you hear Me now?

Why do you not speak enough of love?  You speak of war, and crime, and atrocities, for all of these resonate to the lower vibrational field.  Love is the highest vibration.  It exerts a pull that you would know as magnetic upon all of you.  It is why you are drawn to some and repelled by others, for all do not vibrate at the same frequency. 

Most do not talk enough of love for fear of being ridiculed.  "I love you" – the three most important words you can say.  A mother discovers true love when she has a child and says these words freely to that child.  This is because she shared the most intimate vibrational connection of the child in the womb.  You share this connection with the Higher Self which created you and which continues to give you life.  "I love you," says this Source, yet you block this. 

You are loved beyond words, or you would not be here.

"I love you." 

"I love you!"

 "I LOVE YOU!" 

"Can you hear Me now?"

Feel it now.  Allow it to permeate every cell of your being, for it is You.  You are Love and you are loved.  If all listened carefully enough to hear it and feel it, there would be no wars; there would be no crimes.

"I love you." 

Roll in these words today.  Repeat them to another, and then another, and then another.  Maybe you will start something.  Watch out.  It might be catching.  And then what would you do?     

Adaptation

Adaptation.  What is this?  You adapt to an environment or a belief that at first did not fit quite right.  This is merely your vibration coming into resonance with the energy around you.  If you never adapt, then you remain in a state of dissonance.  Be aware that your vibration will adapt up or down.  Always you will want to evolve higher.  This, at times will require effort on your part if you find yourself in an environment of lower vibrations which are not going to change.  Should you move into an environment of higher vibrations, you can relax for a while, but that is too easy, is it not?

You came here wishing to grow faster, and so, be happy when you don’t quite fit in.  Be aware if you begin to adapt downward.  Move onward and upward, if not physically, then spiritually, in your own vibratory field.  That is why you are here:  to adapt for a while, and then find an even higher level. 

Welcome to Life.

Clogged Up?

Syrup and molasses—slow moving, viscous liquids which you know as “sticky.”  Your energy is like this at times.  It is then that you feel lethargic, out of sorts, and disconnected from others and your Source.  The source of this sluggishness is varied, but remember that all is energy, including your thoughts.  Either your thoughts or the vibrations of others contribute to the stickiness of your vital force.  How to unclog it?  Chakra clearing is good.  The mental shower of energy is good.  Prolonged meditation combining the two is good.  A walk in nature combined with deep breathing is good.

Key to all is conscious awareness that your vital energy is not flowing as clearly as it could be.  An outside energy healer may be helpful.  Do remember that there will be highs and lows, for even energy flows like a pendulum.  Do what you can to keep the flow going well, knowing that your conscious efforts to do so will help the pendulum to swing in your favor more rapidly.
