Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Breaking Free

Barbed wire – an invention of man to keep another in or out of a space. Its sharp edges cut when encountered, and so you keep away. Do you not know of certain people armed with their own barbed wire, as if wrapped in pointy thorns? They exude an energy that says, “Keep away. You will be cut by prickly edges if you come too close.” Have you not encircled yourself this way at times?

Does not barbed wire encircle a prison? Do you not see that when you become prickly on the outside you are only imprisoning yourself ? The key to unlocking the prison is love. Can you imagine a prison where all of the inmates suddenly saw the Light? If all had your so-called near death experience and suddenly knew that Light existed both outside of themselves and within, they would be transformed. Instant rehabilitation. No more need for barbed wire. No more cutting edges.

There is no need to have a near death experience. Sit in the silence and find that Light there. As you learn to turn up the Light, you make the greatest prison break in history.

  1. There is an old story in India of training an elephant -- the creature is chained to a post each night: after a time the habit is so ingrained that the keeper need merely attach the fetter to the animal's leg and he'll stand stock still for the night even though he's not tied to the post -- spiritually we must avoid such a fate by our innate tendency to ritualize
