Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Flowing

Have you noticed how water flows? “Yes, of course,” you say, but have you truly spent time watching or thinking about it? It finds every crack. It flows wherever it can enter. If there are no boundaries, it fills every space.

You, as Spirit, are like water. As spirit there are no boundaries, and so, you flow through every crack. You fill all of space. With your thoughts you flow everywhere. The false boundaries you see about you in the form of a tree, a bird, or another human do not stop the flow of you as spirit. You are all that you see. You are the Source Energy that animates the bird, the tree, that other human, and even the water. You are That—flowing everywhere, filling every crack. That is you at your very essence.

One day you will feel this and know this in your soul. Until you have that experience, which is possible for you to have even whilst in human form, know that there is no separation. There is only oneness at the core. When you know this, all will flow beautifully. In the meantime, ask to have this understanding, and little by little your life will flow ever more smoothly.
