Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Holy, Indeed

You speak of your holy water. It is considered holy for it has been blessed. Do you not know that you are holy, indeed? You are blessed. Your very existence is proof of this. Any thoughts you have that tell you otherwise are falsehoods and are best dismissed from your consciousness.

You are blessed and you are a blessing to others. Any water that you touch becomes holy water. Any person you touch and to whom you bestow your love is all the more blessed by your presence. Go about today with this knowingness. You need not be touched by the fingers of another human to receive a blessing. You are breathed into life each moment with the blessing of God. Take in a breath and feel how very blessed, how very loved you are.
