Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. In Abundance

Love one another.  Take the attention off of the self and place it upon another.  Now take what you would like to feel from that other and give that to them.  Do you see?  You did not really need love from them, for you already are that.  You have it in abundance.  It is like your money.  There is plenty of it to go around in your world, but some hoard it, some spend lavishly, while others experience lack.  If all realized that Love is your very essence and distributed it freely, it would flow equally.  For now, simply practice allowing it to flow, with no expectation of return.  You will be amazed at the result.
