“But if I only feel and do not look out for my own interest, then I
will dissolve!” you protest, and can you see how insidious ego is? Dissolve, yes, ego’s stranglehold. Dissolve into the vibration of light and love
that is you, and spend a bit more time in your heart. We daresay you may come to like it there.
"Life is full of tests. They are not multiple choice. There is only one answer: Love." Suzanne Giesemann
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Dissolve
We are going to teach you a very important distinction—the difference
between “How does it feel?” and “What do you think?” The moment you begin to think, you are
analyzing, which is quite a valuable tool for the human, but that is the
challenge. The human is most often
controlled by the ego, which sees itself as separate. “How does it feel” however, takes you
immediately to the heart, the domain of your soul. At the level of spirit, where soul operates, there
is only unity and no sense of “looking out for number one.”
