Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. Lifting Off

Genuine growth comes from stretching.  A balloon expands to a certain size when you blow it up, and then you stop.  There is fear of stretching too far.  Yes, there comes a point where it will burst, but are you satisfied with having your balloon the same as all others?  Would you like to try to expand the spirit just a bit more?  You are not like a balloon in the physical world.  You as spirit can stretch and grow with no bounds without bursting.  Step outside of the physical box you have put yourself in and expand your consciousness.  You do this by trying new ideas and beliefs.  Never stagnate.  Life is about the experiences you have and how you grow from them.  Prepare for lift-off.
