Your friends rant and rave.  They send you communications full of opinions with which you disagree, yet they want you to pass them along.  Why are you friends with such people, you wonder, and the answer is clear:  for the lessons they afford you in mastering your emotions and for the opportunity to love them unconditionally.  Do you see what a gift they are?

Now, you may decide that their vibration is simply too dissonant with yours.  This often happens as one grows spiritually and another does not.  You may drift apart amicably as a result.  It will at least be amicable on your part because you will have learned by then to not judge and to see less-than-loving thoughts, words, and behaviors as simply the result of ignorance of the true nature of the spirit-human.  By sharing only true Divine Love with all others you remain true to your higher Self and attract to yourself only the same vibrations.  When less than loving communications appear in your inbox, rise above the level of duality and see that there are only two states:  Love and ignorance of Love.

Note from Suzanne:  Sanaya's message this morning is in answer to a question received from a reader.  And now a bit of unsolicited advice from this level of consciousness (mine vs. Sanaya;s) ... Those emails that threaten that you won't be loved (or some other dire fate) if you don't pass the email to 20 people?  They come from the human level of consciousness.  You are loved and loving whether or not you respond.  By all means, forward them if you know of others in need of a lift, but remain aware that you create all the love and happiness you desire by maintaining your thoughts at the level of consciousness of Spirit.  Much love, always ...
