Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. Never Alone


You do not have to do it all alone.  In fact, it is when you think that you act alone that your choices do not come from the highest place.  How often do you stop and acknowledge that you are connected to higher consciousness?  How often do you pause in awareness of your unseen helpers and ask for their help?  You need not feel desperate.  You need not worry or feel the weight of the world on your shoulders.  Pray.  Ask for help.  In so doing you acknowledge a Source outside of yourself that is actually within yourself, for all is connected.  The connecting thread is love, for God is love.  You and all of your helpers are made of the same essence.  Remember this when life gets to be a burden and do not feel you must shoulder the weight alone.
