Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Please

If someone says a good thing about you, does that make you feel good?  If someone says a bad thing about you, does that make you feel bad?  Why do you care?  If others’ opinions or statements cause you to go up and down like a thermometer, then perhaps you might want to examine that.  Do you like being mercurial?  It is not necessary when you realize that your thoughts cause your feelings.

What do you wish to feel?  What do you wish to convey to the world?  Examine your motives.  Are you trying to please the world or simply please God?  The thing is, you do not need to please God, for there is no Supreme Being who judges you.  There is simply “being,” and when you can clear away all of the muddiness from slogging through emotions, all that remains is love.  In that case, what does it matter what others think or say?

“Please God, may I love myself today, no matter what.  And in so doing, I can then be the presence of Love, which is all that matters.”

  1. Thank you, Sanaya, for once again looking into my head and my heart and telling me what I need to hear.
