All parts of you are valuable. Realize today, however, that the body is only
one aspect of the self. It is a tool
used by the spirit for greater learning.
Oh, what opportunities it offers you.
How could you serve your body better and vice versa? But more important to ask is how could you
focus less on the body and more on love?
"Life is full of tests. They are not multiple choice. There is only one answer: Love." Suzanne Giesemann
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Without Shame
Do you realize how closely all of you identify with your
bodies? “This is who I am,” you
say. But this is only part of you, and a
miniscule part at that. Yet this part of
you to which you give so much value, you devalue. You cover it in clothes and give the clothes
more value than the body. You consider
certain parts of the body so little valued that they must be covered at all
cost or there would be shame. If you do
not like the body’s size or shape, there is even greater shame. What a shame!
