Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." This Thing Called Fear

What if you knew you could not die?  What would you do differently?  What if you knew you could feel no pain?  How differently would you act?  The thought of experiencing pain causes you to hold back, to withdraw from living fully.  The thought of dying could keep you holed up in your house forever, but this is unrealistic.  And so, you go about, out in the world always with a bit of fear, always with the lingering threat, “I could die at any moment.”

Do you see how these words bring fear to the heart?  We do not wish to frighten you, only to point out how your thoughts hold you prisoner in your home.
Your body is not your true home.  You do not die.  You are a temporary visitor in this most challenging of environments.  Would you truly like to face such challenges forever?  You do not.  Do not be in a hurry to leave them, but recognize the paradox.   Your human life is full of challenges, but it is all you think you know, and so you cling to it … with fear.
Fear not!  When you fully trust that a greater Home exists now within you, fully accessible at all times, and that what is truly real—you, as spirit—cannot be hurt and cannot die, then the one thing that causes your current challenges … fear … disappears.
Cast out the fear.  Love fully.  Believe in Spirit.  Believe what others fear to believe:  You and the Source are one.  In this knowingness, fear cannot survive.  Cast out the darkness and let the Light lead the way for all of your days here and hereafter.
And so it is.
