“From this moment on” … may this be your mantra for today. Do not drag yourself through the mud for past transgressions or regrettable decisions. Apply what you know now to be Truth and do your best. “But I was doing my best then!” you cry, and we ask you, were you? If so, then it should be even easier to forgive yourself. If not, then from this moment on remember what you know in your heart and apply it with diligence. Most importantly, love yourself. See yourself with compassion, just as you would see any child who makes mistakes. Now pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and smile. Do not take yourself so seriously. There. Isn’t that better?
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:
Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." You can send a man to the moon, but you cannot feed your own people. Do you know there is enough to go around? There is enough wealth, there is enough food, there is enough water, there is enough manpower. What there is not enough of is understanding on a global scale of your connection with each other and with your Source. If this understanding were paramount, each would tear his bread in half and give it to his neighbor while teaching his neighbor to fish.
We do not wish to cause you to feel guilty. Learning to share is something you do in your kindergarten. This life in physical form on your earth is more like nursery school, where you first learn to get along. We are very patient and will help you every chance we get. For now, simply a dose of love and awareness.

A blended being –that is what you are now … human for a while and spirit always. It is not like oil and water. The two do mix, but at times you forget the presence of the part of you that is eternal. At these times, the two seem separate, and so you need a bit of shaking up. In the shaking, your awareness increases. You become far more flavorful, and life becomes more enjoyable.
Shaking up and waking up … it can be a bit messy, but it is oh so preferable to separation.

Ego is a funny fellow. He wants to have his way. He wants you to pay attention only to him. “Forget those others,” he says. “i am all that matters.” Never forget that the “i” of ego is a diminished “i.” The true I AM knows no separation from any other.
How to recognize ego at work? Where there is pain, there is ego. Where there is anger and impatience, there is ego. Where there is anything less than peace and love, there is ego. Most especially, where there is the desire to extend pain, anger, or anything less than love to another there is ego.
How to banish ego? Repeat after us: “I am here to see the Go(o)d in all. I am here to be the presence of Love.” Be cautious as you repeat these words, for ego will balk. Try to project anger whilst truly feeling these words, and you will see that ego will lose his grip for a while. Notice those last three words, “for a while.” The art of being human is finding the delicate balance between the spirit and the human, for you are, of course, here to enjoy being human. Tussling with ego is part of the experience.

When you cannot forgive the self, step above and see yourself as we do. It is not necessary to continue berating the self. Once the mistake has been recognized and adjusted, it is time to move on. Cease reliving it. This serves no purpose. If you must obsess about something, then ceaselessly see yourself now modeling the behavior you know is best. See yourself acting as the spirit-being you know yourself to be. From this higher perspective, see all of your fellow human beings struggling, including yourself. They forgive you when you are contrite. Let go of the weight with gratitude for the lesson learned and move on.
Get your feet out of the mud. Clean them off and leave no dirty footprints.

Why are you upset? Why are you angry? You can blame it on another all you like, but look to ego as the culprit when the blood boils. Were it not for ego, you would not experience upset. Take a few deep breaths to calm down. Now write down the reasons why you believe the other has done you a disservice. Perhaps there are valid reasons; perhaps not. It does not matter. If you are reacting with anger or indignation, this is very much a human reaction.
What would spirit say? You already know the answer. Thank you for asking.

Clear out the system. Get rid of any chemicals not needed. Drugs, alcohol, excessive sugar … all of these when ingested to the point that they dull the senses dull the awareness of spirit. This seems obvious, does it not, but how many turn to dulling the senses over turning to spirit?
Spirit is always there. Great peace, great joy, great love can be had when one reunites with the spirit side of the being, yet so often spirit is unreachable due to physical impediments. Think of one who suffers from dementia. Spirit is alive and well, of course, but the physical brain blocks awareness. Rest assured, when freed of the physical body, all will be well and clear again, but for now there is a disconnect.
Do you feel disconnected from spirit now? Investigate the cause. It may be physical. Do what you can to clarify things, but in the meantime, know that were it not for spirit you would not breathe. You are well looked after and loved beyond words.

“Will it be okay? Will it all turn out right?” you ask as you wring your hands. We ask you to sit and breathe. Now please step back and see your situation from a higher perspective—from the place of stillness.
Your world is ever changing. Whether or not things are “okay” is a matter of perspective. Only in the stillness, where nothing changes, do you find true peace. Do not spend so much time in the future. Spend more time in the silence of now. Do this and you will learn that all simply is a playing out of scenarios in which to learn to find peace. A bit paradoxical, but all part of the adventure.
Everything is cyclical. Will it be okay? Yes, and then no, and then yes, and then no, from your perspective, and in between there is always peace. Always. It is your task to find it, for read our words again … “there is always peace.”

“Lost in the translation” … Do you not know this expression? Words are a bit hazardous. Cannot your email communications be misinterpreted? Can another’s intent be taken in a way not intended? This is the challenge when language is used. Mistakes are not made in the non-physical world, for thought is the mode of communication. Thought is a vibration, and each thought has only one vibration. Therefore, it cannot be misinterpreted. We have no need for words. Entire concepts are shared in an instant and are felt.
Be impeccable with your word … most excellent advice. Be most cautious how your words could be interpreted. Always fall back on your intent. If words are shared from the heart, you have nothing to apologize for.

A zephyr … a gentle breeze. Do you ever feel the faintest touch brush against your skin and turn to see who passed? Could it be a message … the softest kiss from one who passed … a faint hello to let you know they are present with you still? Yes. Believe it.
You had a train called the Zephyr. It carried passengers near and far to visit loved ones. It carried letters and packages. The kiss of a breeze on the skin carries a gift from beyond the veil, letting you know just how very thin that veil is.
Feel the rustle as the Zephyr passes.
Hear the whistle blow.
Your loved ones are only a thought away.
This most important message we wish you to know.

Pray unceasingly. How do you do this? Does this mean that you spend all of your waking moments kneeling with hands clasped? Not at all. Prayer is an act of communion and acknowledgment of your connection with God—with the Higher Self—and with those on your celestial Team. To pray unceasingly means to acknowledge that you are not alone, to maintain awareness of your connection, and to give thanks for it.
Keep up a running conversation in your mind or merely a silent awareness of the Presence. Why should you do this? Do this and the answer will become clear.
We send you love and blessings and look forward to the communion.

Picture ping pong balls released from the same height at the same time. If all are dropped a bit separated and do not interact, they will all bounce back the same way. If there is a difference in any aspect of their “birth” and they bump into each other, there will be an unequal bounce back. All of the resultant jostling about causes some to stray from the normal trajectory. Then others bump and stray, and soon you have some bouncing together, some bouncing in different directions, and some rolling off on their own.
Ideology systems are like that. All come from the same Source. If all arrived in exactly the same manner all would respond the same. But there is constant interaction with members of your community of mankind. There is constant interaction, constant jostling. Some go off on their own and stray. All come from the same Source, but some lose their way from interactions with others who have strayed so far from the Source that they no longer remember from where they came or that they began as one group aligned with that Source.
Seek perspective today. Go back to the Source. Retrace the steps of those who differ from you and see from the higher perspective how the jostling and the separation results in alienation. As you return to Source, give yourself an infusion of that Source Energy, which is Love. It has been forgotten by those who have rolled off in different directions. Help those who have strayed so far and those who are completely lost to find their way Home by simply being the presence of Love.

It is easy for you to become discouraged when you are bombarded with images of bombings. You despair and think the world is coming to an end. Humans have been hurting humans for as long as you can remember. This is what happens when humans have free will.
You are the light. Does this phrase bring you peace? It will if you have had the tiniest exposure to that light inside of you. Now turn it up. Turn it up when you see your news. Shine it toward those who cannot see the light. Be the light for those who can see no way out. Be a beacon for those lost in the dark. There will be darkness as long as there is free will, but one day, when man no longer has any lessons to learn, there will no longer be a need for free will. Then all light will be revealed.
Light is eternal, and you are that light. Shine on brightly through the darkness and lead the way.

You love your Santa Claus. He brings you gifts. Did you know that each person you meet is Santa Claus in disguise? Each one you encounter, whether they have a white beard or not bears you gifts.
How often do you see the one across from you in this way? How often do you take the time to discover and appreciate the gift this teacher brings to you? Ego wants you to believe that your story is better, that your gifts are what you should share. Do not miss the fact that Santa Claus comes in many disguises. Find Him today in each one you meet and today will, indeed, be a merry Christ-mass.

You look to us this day when you are looking for answers, and this day we tell you to look at yourselves. Evil does not come from spirit. Anything less than love is a by-product of free will. It is all one energy. It is consciousness, and the conscious use of free will leads to acts which make the front page of your newspapers. Once again we ask you: How will you respond?
Now that you have turned to us, we repeat our oft-shared advice: Love more. “Oh, how naïve!” you cry as you stare, fascinated, at your headlines. And we ask you, will fearing more help? Will anger help? As a human, these emotions come naturally.
Imagine if all children were raised with naught but love, acceptance, and understanding of each other. Imagine if a society believed that these qualities are all that mattered. Imagine if these were taught from the first day of this school of life to the last and practiced by all of its students. Why, then, school would be out, for all would have learned the lessons.

When troubles get you down and you can see no way out, do not look out. Look within. “But that is the last place I want to go!” you cry. “I already spend too much time there, and it is a scary place.”
This time, we advise you, do not choose Door #1 when you feel frightened and alone. Choose Door #3, where all comes together: body, mind, and Spirit – a holy trinity of sorts. There the All becomes the One, not in the solo mindset of the human, but in the infinite Mind of the Creator, of which you are a part.
Enter the peaceful stillness behind Door #3. You will find this doorway in the heart area, not in the brain behind Door #1. That one will oft lead you astray. Join us and all the help you will need at the heart center … deep, deep in the stillness of this safe and peaceful sanctuary.

Totems are symbols. It is an efficient way of getting a complete message to you with one image. If an animal shows itself to you in your mind for no apparent reason, pay attention. This may be a sign … a message carrying characteristics you need to become aware of. Symbols carry messages. Totems are symbols.
If one animal shows up repeatedly in your life, this is most likely the symbol of your predominant or most meaningful characteristics, but again we say, if one suddenly comes to mind in an unexpected moment, pay attention. There may be a message for you.
As always, use intuitive discernment. Is it a symbol from spirit or a random thought of the ego? How does it feel? Why would you need to pay attention to such a message now? If the message speaks to your heart, give thanks for the message and thanks to the messengers.

Trust your instincts. Most excellent advice. What is instinct, but an innate knowing. Animals have this well developed. You have shut it off. When you don’t trust your instincts you feel fear. Listen well: Fear can be a tool of instinct, guiding you to run when there is danger, but it is an instantaneous thing. When there is lingering fear, there may or may not be danger. Ego could be at play. How to know the difference?
Go into the silence … into the stillness. Seek Presence. Now turn instinct back on and ask if you are safe. Ask if you can proceed. Only from stillness can true discernment be practiced. Do not listen to others when important decisions must be made. Go into the silence and trust your instincts.

Jury duty. You are called to sit with your peers and judge another. Do you not do this every day? It is learned behavior. There is no judgment at the level of spirit, merely understanding, acceptance, and compassion.
Most certainly, in a society in which ego and free will interact to at times produce acts which must be controlled, a system of justice is necessary. But today we speak of judgment at an interpersonal level.
Put your robes aside and be not the judge today. See all others as equals at the level of spirit. Take the time and deliberate on this. You may well come to a completely different verdict about one who was previously judged.

Enjoy the magic. You are part of the magical play of life. When you can relax and no longer insist upon your outcomes and your timelines, then the magic can unfold. Yes, have your dreams and goals, but keep them as bold and broad as possible if you wish to dream big. Then leave the rest to Spirit. We can handle the details. You get lost in them, and in so doing, you lose the magic.
Pretend that you are a child again. Sit in the back seat. Let Spirit do the driving. Ah, there’s the rub. Since you learned to drive, you always want to take the wheel. Can you not only take your hands off the wheel but also sit in the back seat without giving pointers?
This is a magic carpet ride. You merely need find the balance between effort and surrender. Yes, it is not a completely free ride. You must do a bit. But the doing is fun when you let Spirit do the driving.

Trapped, you say? Never. The spirit is not trapped in the body and you are not trapped in your circumstances. It is by every choice you have made that you are where you are and what and who you are now. “But this is not of my choosing!” you cry, and we ask you to look honestly at your choices. You have chosen to go along with others’ choices. You have chosen to remain stuck or to move on. When you can take responsibility for your choices, then you can truly move on.
Do you wish to make your choices easier? Have compassion for yourself. Be gentle with yourself. Love yourself enough to make loving choices on your own behalf. This is the only choice that matters.

Yours is a world of packaging and branding. You pay attention to things based upon how they attract the eye. The same goes for a candy bar as it does for a human being, does it not? How attractive is the wrapper? Yet wrappers can be deceptive. A beautiful box could contain poison.
What if the emperor wore no clothes? Would he still be regal? You are a child of God. What does it matter if you wear a fancy wrapper or pauper’s clothes? In your world, where the mass consciousness matters greatly, it matters greatly. Conform if it will serve a greater purpose. Do not conform if in not conforming it will serve a greater purpose. And what is that purpose? To be the presence of Love and to help others find and experience that Love as well. For this, no wrapper is necessary, when the essence of what is packaged within so radiates that it is known by all who come near.
Wrap yourself in garlands or garbage … it matters not, so long as what is inside the wrappings so overcomes the wrappings that no wrappings are necessary.

Static in the line. It is a very real thing. Static interferes with your reception, with your attunement to Higher Consciousness. What causes this static, this impedance in the connection that is always there? It comes from the conflicting vibrations around and within you. You may not always be able to discern the cause, but the presence of static is very clear. When the guidance is blocked in some way, you can feel this blockage. It manifests in a variety of ways, but most immediately as emotional discomfort.
What are you feeling? Are you feeling disconnected or irritable? What is the cause? Use the mind to clear the static away. What choices can you make to find clarity? The cause of the static may come from without, but always the solution comes from within.

A labor of love … this is what you call a task that to some would seem challenging, but you do it willingly. Why? Because of the joy it brings to others and to the self. A labor of love. Do you realize that creating the world is a labor of love for the Creator? It comes from the heart. It is not easy to sit back and watch as some continue to hurt each other and miss opportunities to love, but bit by bit, ever so slowly, the creations learn to grow in expressing their true nature. With Love as the Source—your Source—the expression of anything less than love is a misalignment of purposes, yet still you continue to exist. The Life Force continues to flow through you. Why? Not because you will it to be so, but because the Creator wills it to be so … because you are the Creator’s labor of love.

You are always surprised when we know things that you do not know. How many times must we tell you that there is only One Mind, one over-arching Consciousness? This mind is the very web, the Matrix of which your minds are a part. When we tell you that we are with you always, it is because we cannot be separated. We are not just family, friends, or your circle of helpers … we are you ... you who transcribes these words and you who shall read them.
Do not worry. We understand your limited vision. In actuality, we enjoy telling you this time after time, for each time you “get it” a bit more and we enjoy seeing your light shine brighter. This dawning comprehension as you experience and come to know oneness as Truth is called Christ Consciousness or Unity Consciousness. This web of which you, as mind, are a part is made up of very tiny strands of love. Wrap them around yourself and have a blessed day.

Everything vibrates, including you. If something vibrates at exactly the rate as you do, you will not notice it. Think of your cellular phone—its very vibration is used as an alarm. It vibrates to get your attention. You vibrate to get others’ attention, do you not? Your body vibrates to get your attention. It is hard to concentrate with all of this vibrating going on, but you cannot get away from it, for all is vibration.
How do you wish to be felt: as a loud, annoying, dissonant vibration or as a soft caress that is soothing and welcomed? You control your own vibration. In fact, the evolution of your personal frequency is the reason you are here. If that very thought is alarming, then you know exactly where to start.

Duality … a state of here and there at once. You are both of everything (hot and cold, good and bad, happy and sad), yet you can only focus on and experience one thing at a time in your present condition, and so you believe there is a paradox. There is no paradox. You are all that is all at once. The paradox is an illusion of living in a state in which consciousness is not fully expanded. This intense focus causes you to fix yourself here or there, but not both and everything in between at the same time. It is merely a matter of perspective … of focus.
Enjoy the here while you are here. Go “there” when you wish with your consciousness and leave “here” here. When you have gone “there” enough times in your consciousness whilst still here, moving twixt the two, then your consciousness will become so flexible that you can simply be here, there, and everywhere here and now. Then you will know there is no paradox at all as duality dissolves.

“Why do I repeat the same mistakes again and again? It is like banging my head against a wall.” Again, it comes back to the difference between ego and spirit. You are both of these at once. It is merely a matter of which aspect of the self you are allowing to take precedence.
When you hit a wall repeatedly or encounter difficulties, this is a sign that you are out of alignment with your spirit. The lessons will continue to be attention-getting in a painful way until you recognize this. Pain serves a purpose. Were there no pain, you would not learn. Some people have a greater tolerance for pain, and thus take a while longer to learn. Others need merely a slight prick of the finger to open the eyes and say, “I remember (that I am spirit)! I surrender my (ego’s) need to do and have things the way I (as ego) think they should be. Now please guide me to a healthier, safer way of being.”
As you surrender and align with Spirit, your life will flow. Things will fall into place painlessly. If you still feel emotional pain as a result of your choices, please examine your thoughts, for this could be ego resisting changes that are in your best interest. Always, always let the heart be your guide. It speaks Truth, even if you do not always want to hear it.

Why does it feel good to judge others? Because it satisfies the ego’s goals. Ego cannot survive if you see all others as spirit beings. Ego must make you see yourself as a separate, superior being if it is to survive. It continuously whispers in your ear, nudging you to look around you and see the differences. It even makes you feel good for doing so. Do not feel guilty. You are certainly not alone in feeling separate. There are billions of egos running about, desperately protecting themselves. And when they see a light that shines, they run for cover.
Gossip is a key weapon of ego; judgment another. Awareness is a key defense of the spirit, which sits quietly, waiting to be remembered and recognized. When awareness tugs at your mind, showing you that ego is at it again, then you can make a choice. Which aspect of you do you wish to honor today: truth or deception? The choice is always up to you.

Kindred spirits. This is what you call those special friends who need not even speak. Without words you understand each other at a level deeper than most. You resonate … humming in concordance because your thoughts are so closely attuned. Note the word held within a word: “kind.” Kindred spirits are kind to each other and to all others, for the connection comes from the spirit and not the ego. Kindred spirits recognize this.
Celebrate the special connection when you find a kindred spirit. Celebrate it with the eyes or a squeeze of the hand, for again we say: When the resonance is there, words are unnecessary.
