Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." The Delicate Balance

Ego is a funny fellow.  He wants to have his way.  He wants you to pay attention only to him.  “Forget those others,” he says.  “i am all that matters.”  Never forget that the “i” of ego is a diminished “i.”  The true I AM knows no separation from any other.

How to recognize ego at work?  Where there is pain, there is ego.  Where there is anger and impatience, there is ego.  Where there is anything less than peace and love, there is ego.  Most especially, where there is the desire to extend pain, anger, or anything less than love to another there is ego.
How to banish ego?  Repeat after us:  “I am here to see the Go(o)d in all.  I am here to be the presence of Love.”  Be cautious as you repeat these words, for ego will balk.  Try to project anger whilst truly feeling these words, and you will see that ego will lose his grip for a while.  Notice those last three words, “for a while.”  The art of being human is finding the delicate balance between the spirit and the human, for you are, of course, here to enjoy being human.  Tussling with ego is part of the experience.
