Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. Unceasingly

Pray unceasingly.  How do you do this?  Does this mean that you spend all of your waking moments kneeling with hands clasped?  Not at all.  Prayer is an act of communion and acknowledgment of your connection with God—with the Higher Self—and with those on your celestial Team.  To pray unceasingly means to acknowledge that you are not alone, to maintain awareness of your connection, and to give thanks for it.

Keep up a running conversation in your mind or merely a silent awareness of the Presence.  Why should you do this?  Do this and the answer will become clear.
