Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Thou Art That

Can you look back upon your life and see how those who raised you implanted certain beliefs in you about yourself?  Do this exercise with caution.  Dip into the past only briefly for the learning and realizations, and then step back quickly into the now with your eyes opened a bit wider.  While back there in your history book, did you hear some of the labels those of importance in your life imposed upon you?  Do you still carry them now?  What labels do you currently use to describe yourself?  You are most likely unaware of many of these, but your subconscious mind is quit conscious of them and is doing its best to enact them.

Every one of these labels begins with two words:  “I AM.”  You are an adult now.  You control your thoughts.  Do not let the subconscious mind run your life for you.  Flush out its programming and feed it new and empowering labels to follow those two words.  Why “empowering”?  For the two most powerful words in your vocabulary are “I AM.”  They stand alone as All That Is.  Any label that comes after these is for the pure joy of experience.  If you are not experiencing joy from the labels that come after “I AM,” then change your labels.
