From Suzanne to my Beloved Friends

Thank you so very much for the dozens upon dozens of emails I have received in the past 24 hours.  I always try to answer every email I receive, but there are just too many.  All of you said the same thing in your own loving way, so allow me to say here, I love you all so much and thank you for your kind words.  We're all here to learn and we are doing a good job of that, aren't we?

 

It is impossible to have the consciousness of Sanaya and the loving messages come through me every day without being changed.  Taking those messages to heart has brought me such peace.  May you find the same peace and may we all bring peace to our world.

Many of you wondered what Sanaya had to say about all of this.  I didn't even have to ask.  The words just flowed this morning as soon as I quieted my mind … (please read "Tests" below).

Tests

Do you not know of one who was spit upon and ridiculed for his beliefs?  How did he react?  He knew the Truth of who he was, and so do you.  What did he say of judgment?  Judge not others, only yourself.  Why do you find this so challenging?  Because it is so very human to judge.  Judgment brings anger.  Are you not familiar with this feeling?  Why is the first emotion that arises anger and not love?  Because love is the truth and anger is the teacher that brings you back to truth.

 

Acknowledge the anger.  Thank it for the lesson.  Realize this is a programmed reaction.  Now program yourself to go from anger to love.  Love heals all ills.

 

Send love to those who act out of fear.  They cling so tightly to their beliefs because they have been taught that if they do not think a certain way, in a way they will experience death and darkness.  You in your heart know that ultimately there is only light and eternal life for all beings, without judgment.  Knowing there is no death, there is nothing to fear.  This leaves only love. 

 

Judge not those who act and react out of fear.  Feel the instant anger, then replace it with love.  Others may not change in this lifetime, but you can.  You can be the presence of love.  That is why you are here.  Did we ever tell you these lessons are easy?  No.  Did we tell you the rewards are great?  Repeatedly.  Hold your head high.  Not with boastful pride that comes from false superiority, but with the pride of overcoming your own human tendencies and being the love that all of you are.

Greatness

God is the most important person in the world. Of course, God is not a person, but God is personified in every being. If God is All That Is, then all that is is holy. When you find yourself the center of the universe, know that there are infinite centers. Temper your self-importance, even though you are holy, indeed, and see all others as equally important, for all are holy, no matter what they do, think, or say.

All are focuses of God-Consciousness. Within all things and all beings is holiness. None are more special nor any lesser than another. This is oneness, and you are part of That. Practice looking upon all others and seeing the holiness … seeing the Love. Be the Love that you are with all humility in your incredible greatness, for All is Great.

The Road You're On

All of life is filled with strife.  Welcome it.  How boring would be an existence where nothing ever changed.  Are you not supremely proud of yourself when you overcome adversity?  Yes, but you would rather not have had that experience, you say.  We understand.  It is natural to want to run away from pain.  But pain reminds you how enjoyable is pleasure.  Activity reminds you how dull is inactivity. 

 

Pain is a necessary part of growth, but it is a sliding scale.  Just how painful is that pain depends on the focus you give it and the thoughts with which you surround it.  Experience the bumps.  Acknowledge them, and then drive through them to smoother roads instead of stalling or slowing down.  "Ah, that way was quite the experience.  May I never pass that way again.  But if I do, I have learned the best way around."

 

Grow from the pain.  This is the point.  And whist on the smooth path, appreciate that experience with gratitude.  It's a wonderful life—bumps and all.

Precious Metal

Hold your head high through all of your challenges.  What is it that makes you want to run and hide when the road gets bumpy?  You have a reputation, you say?  Based upon what?  On what others think?  On what labels and ideas you have built up around yourself in your mind?  Did you come into this life with a reputation?  In a way, you did … a reputation of pure love.  But that has become degraded by the human ideas of right and wrong. 

 

Hold your head high as you face challenges.  This is why you are here—to be forged by fire as the strong rod of gold that you are.  Bend not under the heat, but stand tall and remember, you are precious metal, indeed.  Now find the mettle to face others who may not see how you glitter inside.  Hold your head high and shine no matter what.  You cannot fail the test.  Life is about growing in love.  There is no shortage of opportunities to do so.  Begin by loving yourself.

Poem #420 - Through Thick and Thin

Sitting in the darkness

You doubt that we are here.

But it is your intention

That always draws us near.

 

All of life is like this,

A play of your emotion.

Your wish is our desire.

We thrive on your devotion.

 

We only wish to serve you.

At times it's like a test.

For when you also wish to serve

The results are always best.

 

So, you see, it's quite a team

That we and you do make.

Working thus in harmony,

A simple give and take.

 

We give love, you take it.

We appreciate yours, too.

For, helping you to learn to love

Is why we do come through.

 

So count on us to be there

Through all things thick and thin.

At your side your angels fly,

If you will only let us in.

Growing Gracefully

The leaves of autumn blow about, so dry and brittle are they.  They will return to dust, only to be replaced in the Spring by new shoots.  All of life is like this.  The human body comes in green and lithe and over time becomes brittle.  This cannot be stopped, and why would you want it to?  Ah, yes, because you think that falling from the tree is the end of the story.  Yes, for the leaf's structure it is the end, but the energetic pattern of the leaf remains.  You merely cannot see it.

 

What reappears in the springtime is following a pattern of consciousness.  Do you not see how all of life is like this, including your own?  You fear your demise, but it is only the demise of the body, not your pattern and most certainly not your consciousness.  You as spirit cannot grow brittle and die.  You are, indeed, forever young in spirit.   You grow eternally, yet never age in physical terms as you know it. 

 

May you find comfort in this knowledge.  Allow the body to age gracefully as you accept the grace of God in giving you eternal life.

Outcomes

Get yourself out of the way when you are having difficulties accomplishing a task.  It is the ego which causes blockages.  Always remind yourself, "I by myself do nothing.  I as a part of the Greater Self have limitless power."  Take less credit for your accomplishments and give credit where it is due—to the Higher Intelligence which flows through you at all times.  It is God, Spirit, the Divine Mind which animates you.  That is where your power comes from.  Surrender to this power and see your personal power increase.

 

Let not your heart be troubled when things do not go your way.  Surrender and ask to be guided. Then, sit back and relax without worry.  Take action as you are guided, but now it is without effort.  There is never a need to struggle.  Struggle is merely a sign that you are allowing ego over Spirit to be in control.  You already know the outcome when this is so.  You may not always know the outcome when you allow God to run the show, but you can trust that it will be Divine.

You at the Center

You do love it when others focus attention on you.  It feels good to be the center of importance.  Where is the center of all that is?  Why, it is right where you are!  Your great astronomers of the past did think that your Earth was the center of the universe.  Many years later they were derided for this conclusion.  We wish to tell you that you are, indeed, the center of all that is, and those you see around you are as well.

 

All is a matter of focus.  All is a focus of the One Mind.  Where you place your focus becomes your reality.  The One Mind maintains infinite focus in infinite realities.  Enjoy being the center of attention of God.  My, doesn't that feel good?

Dream On

Behold the dreamer.  She carries in her heart hopes and aspirations for peace and a world filled with loving kindness.  At times she feels the fool as she looks about and sees the opposite of her dreams.  Yet, she holds fast to that desire and the knowing that this kind of world exists, for she knows it in her heart and recognizes it in her soul.

 

Do you recognize her in you?  Of course you do, for she is you.  He is you.  Awaken the dreamer.  Give him and her sustenance.  This is the real world—not the one you behold with your eyes.  Nurture the dreamer.  This is the way to turn dreams into reality.

A Reason to Rejoice

There is no substitute for experience.  You may think you understand another's grief, but until you experience the death of one you hold dear, you cannot fully understand how another suffers.  You may think you know what pain is, but until you suffer yourself, you do not fully understand.  As a spirit, all is love and light.  As an earthly being (for just a while a role you play, mind you), you have the opportunity to experience pain as well as full health; grief as well as celebration and joy. 

 

Yes, your life has its share of ups and downs.  That is why you are here—for the experience.  Do not wallow in the grief and pain.  Experience it.  Learn from it.  Acknowledge it, and then rise above.  Once you have pulled yourself up, now you can do the same for others.  All others are here for the same reason:  to experience duality and grow from it. 

 

Rejoice!  You are alive!

Salty Tears

Tears of joy and tears of sorrow … they flow exactly the same, bringing to the surface your emotions.  These salty drops are a release of what you feel inside and can no longer contain.  Some might say that tears are merely a reaction of the physical body, and there is an element of that.  Welcome your tears, however, for there is a spiritual aspect to them as well.  Greet them as holy messengers.  You are alive!  Inside of you is a spirit-being longing to express itself—to experience joy and sadness.  Yes, sadness, for in this way is the joy all the more sweet.  Does not joy at times feel tinged with sadness?  This is the play of life in human form as you slide up and down the scale of emotional experience. 

 

Tears of joy.  Tears of sadness.  Symbols of life.  Let them flow, and be fully alive.

Unfolding Beautifully

There is no harm in waiting.  All does not have to be done at once.  How does a flower open, but by unfolding?  You are in the process of unfolding.  Do not rush the process, but do it in a patient, orderly fashion, watching the perfection.  Allow nature to take its course.  You cannot rush a seed to sprout.  Why would you rush your development?  Could it be because you have experienced a taste of the bliss that comes with knowing who you are?  So now you are dissatisfied.  Is that it?  This is a good thing.  That blissful feeling is not finite.  It is not going anywhere.  That, my friend, is love vibrating more fully than you normally experience in your seedling state. 

 

Nurture your growth, knowing that growth is occurring as you love.  Enjoy the journey and relax.  All is in perfect order.

The One True Voice

There is no authority in the world, save the voice of God.  The challenge comes that so few can differentiate between the true Voice and the false gods to whom you give power.  Love rules the world.  If love is not present in a situation, then ego is ruling.  If hatred and anger are present, then God has been edged out.  If peace is not the answer, then insanity has been given a foothold.

 

May Love rule your world and influence all of your decisions.  May peace accompany your footsteps.  May you see and feel the presence of God in every moment.  Listen carefully to all of the voices.  Among them is the One True Voice that never errs.

In and out of Focus

You cannot see the forest for the trees.  But is it not at times a good idea to focus on the trees?  Where you place your focus is what you create.  It becomes your reality.  However limited you wish your field of vision to make, so it becomes.  However expansive your beliefs, so it is.  Are you fenced in by the trees?  Enjoy this reality.  Do you wish for greater experiences?  Wander through the entire forest, taking it all in, reveling in the variety of trees and the forest in its wholeness.

 

You are only limited by the limits of your focus.  We speak not of vision with the physical eyes.  Go within, where all at first appears dark, but is in fact the source of all light.  It is that light you focus on all that you see and all that you wish to see.  Thus your world expands.

 

Are you getting an idea of the playfulness of creation?  Expand your focus or contract it, but have a ball while you're at it.

Sinking In

Surrender comes when you finally admit that you are not alone in this world and that you need not do it all by yourself.  Surrender says, "I need no longer rely on strength or bravery, but give in to the realization that I am part of something far greater than I ever realized."  When you allow that realization to flow through you, then you discover great strength without exertion.  Then you discover courage beyond bravado.  Then you discover guidance that whispers softly, letting you know you are not alone.

 

Surrender as if sinking into a deeply padded mattress.  Relax and feel how very tense you have been, carrying the false burden of believing you had to do it all alone.  Rest there in the comfort of now knowing that in surrendering you find your true Self and let that higher part of you reign.

In Resonance

Why do certain colors complement each other and others clash?  Why do certain musical notes complement each other and others clash?  Why do certain people complement each other and others clash?  It is because all is vibrating energy.

 

Life is about resonance and dissonance.  Your purpose in life is to increase your vibration so that you resonate more fully with the vibration of love.  Those with whom you resonate have a complementary vibration to your own.  You share similar thoughts and beliefs and radiate a similar vibration of love.

 

The opposite is true of those with whom you clash.  What to do when there is a clash?  You can always run away, but this does not raise the vibration of the whole.  Love more fully, for all is love.  The more fully you love, the more you resonate with all that is.

Wonder no Longer

All answers lie within.  You can consult your so-called psychics for guidance, and there is nothing wrong with a little help, but learn to rely upon your ever-present inner guidance.  Why do you feel out of sorts?  Ask the question within.  Why are you lashing out at others?  Ask the question within.  Do not merely wonder.  Ask deliberately of higher consciousness.  Then, my friend, expect the answer.  Beware, for the answer may just hit you on the head when you least expect it.  The answer will come in the best way to get your attention.  You asked the question and we will answer.  It is the Law.  First you must ask.

 

Wonder no longer.  Ask, and then be filled with the wonder of your true connection with the Source of all answers.

Patterns of Creation

The All the All the All the All the All.  The One the One the One the One the One.  Love is love is love is love is love is the All the All the All the All One All One All One All One All One.

 

Repeat the solo words All.  One.  Love.  Then repeat them as a couplet.  Then repeat them as a never-ending cycle, and you will begin to FEEL their meaning rather than simply hearing a word.

 

Close your eyes and repeat these words in cyclical fashion and you will begin to understand creation itself.  You must feel it in your heart before you can truly be it. 

 

Love is Love is Love is All is All is All is One is Love is All is You.
